Description
The invention relates to a top-pan household scales with a running weight and consists in that the The upper beam and the lower beam of the lever mechanism used for parallel guidance of the weighing pan are one-armed Lever formed and their Drehäthsen provided each at one of their ends and in the balance base are mounted to swing freely on two opposing housing walls by means of eyelets. Through this an increased sensitivity of the balance as well as a larger effective bar length is achieved, whereby the The transmission ratio in the weighing elements is selected to be greater and the dead weight of the barrel weights accordingly can be reduced, so that the twisting of the frame-like Weighing elements are reduced and for this reason the accuracy of the weighing is increased.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing.
Abb. ι zeigt einen Längsschnitt der Waage,
Abb. 2 eine Draufsicht bei abgenommener Waageschale und Fig. Ι shows a longitudinal section of the balance,
Fig. 2 is a plan view with the weighing pan removed and
Fig. 3 is a diagrammatic partial view.
In the balance base 1, the balance beam 2, which carries the balance weight 3, is mounted in socket bearings 4 on cutting edges. The reading scale 5 and the guide rod 6 of the running weights 7, 8 are connected to the balance beam in the usual way. The upper beam 9 and the lower beam 10 of the lever mechanism used for parallel guidance of the weighing pan 12 are designed, according to the invention, as single-armed levers. Their axes of rotation are mounted to swing freely in the balance base by means of eyelets 13 and 14, respectively. At the other end, the upper beam 9 is suspended from the balance beam 2 through an eyelet 15 and the lower beam 10 is suspended freely swinging from the upper beam 9 through an eyelet 16. The weighing pan is supported by feet 17 on a transverse bar 18 of the upper beam 9 and by feet 19 on a transverse bar 20 of the lower beam 10.
