aus Holz oder aus einem Stahlprofil mit Holzeinlage. Auf dieser wird die Gaze aufgenagelt.

Schablonenrahmen vorgeschlagen, deren Schenkel mit Leisten aus einem leicht schmelzbaren
Werkstoff, z. B. Kunstharz der Vinylgruppe, 'versehen sind, in deren Oberfläche
die Gaze eingeschmolzen wird. Die Leisten wurden bisher im allgemeinen auf dem Rahmenprofil

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen derartigen Schablonenrahmen
und kennzeichnet sich dadurch, daß die Rahmenschenkel aus einem biegungsfesten Profilrohr
bestehen, das eine schwalbenschwanzförmige Einziehung besitzt, in welche die Leiste
aus dem leicht schmelzbaren Werkstoff eingelegt ist. Ein Ausführungsbeispiel eines
derartigen Schablonenrahmens ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt. Es zeigt Abb. i das
Profil in etwa natürlicher Größe im Querschnitt, Abb. 2 und 3 den Schablonenrahmen

eingegossen ist. Die Höhe der Seite i ist so bemessen, daß eine ausreichende Menge
an Farbe in den Rahmen eingegossen werden kann. Die Breite des Rahmenprofils und
die Wölbung 2 seines Querschnitts sichern 'eine ausreichende Biegungsfestigkeit
der Rahmen, so daß diese die Spannung der Gaze leicht aufnehmen können. Die Schwalbensrhwanzform
der Einziehung 4 verläuft vorzugsweise nur einseitig, damit die freie Oberfläche
der Einlageleiste 5 möglichst nahe an die Rahmenkante 2 tritt, so daß tote Winkel,
in denen sich die Farbe festsetzen könnte, vermieden werden. Die nur einseitige
Schwalbenschwanzform genügt für die feste Lagerung der Einlageleiste, da diese von
der gespannten Gaze nur nach der Innenseite des Rahmens gezogen wird und daher durch
den einseitigen Schwalbenschwanz eine ausreichende Sicherung gegen Herausbrechen
aus der Einziehung erfährt. Da das Profil ein in sich geschlossenes Rohr darstellt,
kann auch kein Waschwasser in das Innere hineindringen und Ablagerungen von Verunreinigungen
