Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Sitz- und Liegestuhl. Das Wesentliche
des Erfindungsgegenstandes besteht darin, daß das rückwärtige Fußgestell unter dieSitzfläche,
dieRückenfläche auf dieSitzflächeund damit gleichzeitig und,zwangsläufig die Armlehnen
und das vordere Fußgestell neben die Sitzfläche geklappt werden, so daß er bequem
transportiert und aufbewahrt werden kann. ' Der auf diese Weise zusammengelegte
Stuhl nimmt nur eine Fläche in ungefährer Größe der Sitzfläche ein. Durch diese
raumsparende Eigenschaft kann er leicht transportiert und bequem auf Reisen im Auto,
in der Bahn, im Boot usw. als Liegestuhl für Wald, See und Wiese mitgenommen werden.
Auch als Haus- und Gartenmöbel ist er besonders geeignet, da er bei aller Bequemlichkeit
im Gebrauch durch seine geringe Größe im zusammengeklappten Zustand ebenso bequem
aufbewahrt werden kann. Diese fortschrittliche Eigenschaft ist angesichts der allgemeinen
Raumnot ein besonders wichtiger Vorteil in der Ausnutzung beschränkter räumlicher

die Sitzfläche, c die Armlehnen, d das vordere Fußgestell, e das hintere
Fußgestell, f den Haltegurt oder Riemen, der auch doppelt (beiderseits) vorgesehen
werden kann, und g die Querleiste, auf der das hintere Fußgestell aufliegt. Soll
der Stuhl zum Liegen verstellt werden, so wird der Haltegurt bzw. -. Riemen f länger
geschnallt, worauf das vordere Fußgestell d und damit zwangsläufig die lZückenfläche
a eine schrägere Stellung einnehmen. Soll der Stuhl zusammengeklappt werden, so
wird das hintere Fußgestell e unter die' Sitzfläche b und die .Rückenfläche a auf
die Sitzfläche b geklappt. Gleichzeitig mit dem Umlegen der Rückenfläche
a werden die Armlehnen c und das vordere Fußgestell d zwangsläufig aufeinandergeklappt.In Figs. I and 2 an embodiment of the subject invention is shown.
