The invention relates to a small mill, mainly for the household,
in a simple way by means of an electromagnetic oscillating armature lever principle
is driven and is therefore much cheaper than the small mills with electric motor drive
according to the previous design.
There are already various small mills (coffee grinders) known that
mainly from an electric motor, which is driven by a reduction gear
Drives grinding disks, exist. In addition, a torsional vibration system is known that
the rotating movement in the rhythm of the alternating current frequency via a freewheel gear
generated by the grinding disks.
The characteristic feature of the invention is that by means of
a swing arm love, which has a sufficiently large force due to its lever length
developed, the grinding disks are set in rotation via a locking drive.
As an example, an embodiment is indicated in Fig. I. The magnet
i acts on the oscillating armature 2. This is with a lever arm 3 on the grinding disk shaft
4 stored. A grinding disk (counter disk) is fixed and allows the contact pressure to
Regulate fine or coarse grinding in a known manner. The other is the grinding disc
provided with a ring gear 5 into which the pawl 6 engages and thus at
the movement of the armature causes the rotation.
The mode of operation is as follows: When switched on, the oscillating armature
2 pulled down. After this movement, the contact will switch
7 interrupted, which is why the spring 8 lifts the armature again, then in switch
7 the contact is closed and the downward movement takes place again.
Mechanical switches are used for smaller capacities, whereas for larger capacities
possibly a mercury switch provided. That: Magnet and grinding system can be used on one
Stable sheet steel frame 9 or, for larger versions, attached to a cast base
will. A pull-out container io is attached to remove the ground material.
A protective jacket i i can expediently be pushed onto the whole, which at the same time
with .dem hopper 12 is provided. The connection is to direct and 'alternating current
possible.
dem in Abb. i beschriebenen Erfindungsgegenstand zusammenhängt.
For example, Fig. 2 shows another option, but with
related to the subject matter of the invention described in Fig. i. Again, will be back
a swing armature lever principle is used in which only the magnet 13 and the armature
14 are shaped differently, but do not differ in the working principle from Fig. I.
The lever arm 15 is mounted at point 16 and has a in its extension
Crimping jaws 17. As a counterpart is the fixed crimping jaws 18, which is through
the wing nut i9 can be adjusted to fine or coarse grinding via spring 2o
can, appropriate. The magnet principle, which works as described above, moves
now the squeezing jaws 17 up and down, which is why the material to be ground is gradually crushed
and then falls into the removal container. The squeezing action comes mainly
comes about because the pivot point 16 is higher than the rolling point by the distance a
the jaws. In addition to squeezing, there is also a mutual squeeze
Rubbing the crimping jaws, which are provided with fine grooves, so that the to be ground
Good is also partly grated. The rest of the setup is as shown in Fig. I
similar.
