Die Vorrichtung besteht aus einem kelchförmigen Gefäfse a, in welches ein kleineres, ebenfalls kelchförmiges Gefäfs b mittelst der vier Knaggen c eingehängt ist. In das innere Gefäfs ist unten eine geschnabelte Regulirschraube m eingeschraubt und im Innern ein feines Metallsieb g eingelegt.
