The invention relates to an automatic blind according to the preamble of claim 1.
The following requirements, among others, are placed on such a roof blind: The exiting cooling air flow must be prevented will get into the area of the intake openings of the cooling unit - especially when the vehicle is at a standstill, which are usually arranged in a side wall in vehicles, for example. This is why the louvre blades of the roof louvre should den Divert exiting cooling air flow in an at least approximately vertical direction. Preferably the exiting cooling air flow should be directed in the area above the center of the roof (seen in cross-section in the case of vehicles). Another requirement consists in the fact that the louvre blades prevent the penetration of rain into the cooling unit as much as possible. You wise therefore a rain gutter to drain away the rainwater to the side.
It is known to form the blind leaves from light metal sheet. Such louvre blades are light and therefore open even under low pressure. But they cause proportionally in operation high flow losses, so that the power consumption of the fan belonging to the cooling unit is unnecessarily high. Included A large part of the losses is likely to be caused by the molded rain gutter.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine selbsttätige Dachjalousie anzugeben, deren Jalousieblätter die erforderlicheThe invention is based on the object of specifying an automatic roof blind, the blind leaves of which have the required

Achieve flow deflection with as little loss as possible, whereby the Arranging a rain gutter on each blind sheet should be retained.
This task is achieved by the characterizing features of the claim 1 solved.
From DE-OS 1 927 623 a blind is already known whose Louvre blades have an airfoil-like cross-section. But there it is a force-operated entrance blind. In contrast to this, the invention is based on a Blind, the blind leaves of which open automatically under the back pressure of the air flow. Previously it was assumed that the blinds were such an automatic blind would have to be extremely light and therefore made of the thinnest possible material, e.g. made of sheet metal or of extruded, but also essentially sheet-like material (according to DE-PS 1 295 785). Therefore passed initially concerns about the design according to the invention with the wing-like cross-sectional profile of the louvre blades. It was also believed that the airfoil profile could hardly handle the current improve, because there is still a rain gutter causing flow losses on every louvre leaf was requested. However, it was recognized that by a special arrangement of the rain gutter within the airfoil, namely the head of the aerofoil profile facing the flow forms the rain gutter, this does not cause any significant flow losses. Thus, with regard to the flow behavior the blind leaves compared to the well-known roof blind a considerable improvement can be achieved. At the same time, the noise generation has been reduced, and the rest remains low-loss Maintain flow even if the direction of flow onto the blind changes, e.g. if one of the blinds is in a different position heat exchanger arranged in front of the blind.
Darin zeigt:The subclaims relate to advantageous embodiments of the invention. An exemplary embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to the drawing. It shows:

Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt durch ein Jalousieblatt der Dachjalousie in gegenüber Fig. 1 vergrößertem Maßstab.FIG. 2 shows a cross section through a louvre leaf of the roof louvre in an enlarged form compared to FIG. 1 Scale.
In FIG. 1, the longitudinal center plane of a vehicle, for example a diesel locomotive, is indicated by a dot-dash line 9. A cooling device 10 comprises an axial fan 11 which sucks in cooling air through a louver located in the side wall 12 of the vehicle before the blind IJ. The cooling air is passed through a heat exchanger 1 ( · and from there through a roof blind 15 which opens automatically under the dynamic pressure of the air flow again into the open air.
The main parts of the roof blind 15 are a frame 16 and, for example, five blind leaves 17, which are preferably produced from light metal or plastic by extrusion. The louvre blades 17 have a substantially hydrofoil-like outer contour and are designed as a hollow profile to reduce weight, which has a pin eye 18 (Fig. 2), in which pivot pins 19 are used for pivoting the 1 "louvre blades in the frame 16. In the drawing the blind 15 is shown in full lines in the closed state, one of the blind leaves is shown in the open position with dash-dotted lines, and the other blind leaves can also assume this position.
DabeiThe frame 16 of the blind 15 is preferably to the slightly rounded The shape of the vehicle roof 20 adapted so that the blind from the vehicle center 9 to the side wall 12 obliquely downwards is inclined. But it is also possible to arrange the blind horizontally. It is only essential that with each blind sheet 17 of the Head part 21 of the airfoil profile is not directed towards the center of the vehicle 9, but towards the side wall 12 and - in the closed state the blind - is inclined slightly downwards. Included
Wenn die Überlappung geringer ist als in Fig. 1 dargestellt, kann der Anschlag 7 zugleich die Schwenkbewegung in den geschlossenen Zustand begrenzen.overlap the louvre blades 17 so that a tail part 22 comes to rest on the top of the following blind sheet, either on the area of the pin eye 18, as shown in Fig. 1, or on the head part 21. In contrast overlap to form a known blind (DE-PS 1 295 785) So the louvre blades 17 are not like tiles, but just the other way around. This ensures that the Vehicle exiting cooling air flow through the louvre blades 17 not in the direction of the rare wall 12, but in at least one approximately vertical direction, preferably in the direction of the vehicle center 9 is deflected. This is shown in FIG. 1 with flow arrows 8. Each blind sheet 17 is to its location To set in the open state, a stop 7 is assigned. If the overlap is less than shown in Fig. 1, the Stop 7 at the same time limit the pivoting movement in the closed state.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the blind 15 is in a symmetrical arrangement on the other half of the vehicle, which is not visible another blind is provided. Instead, the blind according to the invention can also be designed in such a way that it is centered can be arranged in the vehicle. In this case, however, the louvre blades must again be symmetrical with respect to the center of the vehicle 9 can be arranged. In all of these cases, the louvre blades extend at least approximately parallel to the direction of travel, as shown in FIG. As a result, the airflow cannot hinder the Schvjenkbewe movements of the shutter blades 17. In the case of vehicles for low travel speeds, however, an arrangement can also be considered in which the blinds are located extend transversely to the direction of travel.
Der Schlitz 24 erstreckt sich vorzugsweise unmittelbar entlang dem Zapfenauge l8 über die gesamte Länge desAs can be seen particularly from FIG. 2, the pivot eye 18 for the pivot pin 19 is preferably arranged near the upper side 23 of the louvre leaf 17. A distance a of approximately 15 to 50% of the total profile length b is expediently provided between the axis of rotation and the head end of the profile. Between the head end and the journal eye l8, the profile top has a slot 24, the width c of which is about 3 to 10 % of the profile length b. (The aforementioned dimensions a, b, c are each measured parallel to the profile chord.) The slot 24 preferably extends directly along the journal eye l8 over the entire length of the
Jalousieblattes 17. Blind sheet 17. This forms the head part 21 of the hollow Blind sheet a gutter 25 for collecting rainwater, which at the. Ends of the blind leaf in rain gutters 26, 27 (Fig 1) overflows below the blind 15 in the vehicle roof 20 are arranged and drain the rainwater downwards. The above-described arrangement of the slot 24 and its relative small width ensure that no significant flow losses are caused by the slot. Near the tail part 22 and / or at other points of the blind leaf profile, e.g. also in the area of the rain gutter 25, an eye 28 or several such eyes can be arranged to accommodate counterweights.
The essentially box-like cross-sectional shape of the blind leaves 17 increases their flexural strength and thus the tightness of the blind. At the same time, the risk of the shutter blades flapping in the airstream is prevented. Finally, it is achieved that the roof blind 15 is accessible in the closed state. The rigidity of the louvre blades 17 can be further increased by connecting the journal eye 18 to the profile bottom <=> rseite ~ $ \ by means of two inclined traverses 29 and j50. Preferably, the cross beams are arranged such that they pass about there in the profile underside J> 1, where the blind sheet 17 contacts stop 1 J. This prevents deformation of the blind leaf in the event that a blind leaf hits the stop 7 at a relatively high speed.
The requirement for sufficient rigidity of the blind sheet 17 also makes it necessary, as already mentioned, the slot 24 between to arrange the head part 21 and the tenon eye 18 and not about - seen in cross section - on the other side of the tenon eye l8. For the same reason, the larger mutual overlap of the louvre leaves 17 shown in FIG. 1 is preferred, so that, as already mentioned above, the tail end 22 of a louvre leaf in the closed state of the louvre on the tap eye l8 of the adjacent louvre leaf and not on its head part 21 rests.
