Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Packpapier, bei welchem die Oberfläche mit buckeiförmigen , tiegelförmigen , pyramidalen oder ähnlich geformten Höckern versehen ist, welche in ihren Abmessungen so gewählt sind, dafs beim Verpacken von Waarenstücken die Erhöhungen der einen Packungshülle stets in die Vertiefungen der anderen Packungshülle eingreifen, also nicht Wulst auf Wulst zu liegen kommt. Die Packungshüllen halten sich daher an einander etwa in der Weise, wie zwei mit ihren Arbeitsflächen auf einander gelegte Reibeisen sich gegenseitig halten würden.
