Die Neuerung betrifft einen Schuh, insbesondere Halbschuh,mit einem mindestens 2,5 cm hohen Absatz und einer die Fussferse im Schuh nochmals um mindestens die Absatzhöhe anhebenden und in den Schuh fest eingearbeiteten Einlage. Derartige zum Stand der Technik gehörende Schuhe werden von Personen kleiner Körpergrösse getragen, um hierdurch bedingte gesellschaftliche und berufliche Nachteile auszugleichen. Bei den bekannten Schuhen der eingangs erwähnten Art besteht die Einlage aus einem sich von der Ferse bis ins Gelenk erstreckenden und dort endenden Teil, in etwa vergleichbar mit dem Absatzkeil von absatzlosen Schuhen, wobei allerdings dir Keil in den Schuhboden eingearbeitet ist, also keine Einlage im Schuh darstellt. Bei den bekannten Schuhen mit die rückwärtige Partie des Fusses anhebendem Einlagekeil ruht also der Vorderfuss wie beim normalen Schuhwerk auf der Brandsohle bzw. auf einer diese fussseitig kaschierenden Decksohle. Dies bringt es mit sich, dass die Fussauflagefläche im Schuh eine wesentlich stärkere Sprengung besitzt als eigentlich durch den Schuhabsatz vorgegeben ist. Dementsprechend ist beim Tragen eines solchen Schuhes mit in den Schuh (nicht in den Schuhboden !) eingearbeitetem Einlagekeil die Abweichung des zwischen Fuss und Unterschenkel eingeschlossenen Winkels von dem natürgemässen, d.h. beim Barfusslaufen vorhandenen rechten Winkel sehr viel stärker als bei normalen Schuhen, was natürlich aus orthopädischer Sicht nachteilig ist.
