zur Herstellung von Rohren mit zylindrischer oder konischer Außen- oder Innenform;
Beater drive in hammering machines. for the production of pipes
With cylindrical or conical outer lids, inner lids, especially of gun barrels
The finding relates to the drive of the hammer jaws of hammering machines
for the production of tubes with a cylindrical or conical outer or inner shape;
especially from. Gun barrels. The cheeks are; here in two main and
two auxiliary striking jaws divided in such a way that the main striking jaws in auxiliary striking jaws
drive over an inclined driving surface.
The novelty of the invention is that each of the two main striking jaws are driven with an equally large stroke, possibly adjustable in a manner known per se. It. it is already known to move a forging die between opposing hatipt striking jaws against one another and to take along two auxiliary striking jaws that are carried along by the main striking jaws and are offset at right angles. With this well-known. However, one of the main striking jaws is fixed in the die, so that although the two opposing main striking jaws move radially onto the workpiece, the auxiliary striking jaws, which are offset by a right angle, work obliquely downwards, i.e. no longer in the radial direction. Such a movement of the striking jaws may serve its purpose for a die, but it is useless when it comes to the production of tubes that are to be deformed without cutting. In the production of tubes to be deformed without cutting, all four impact jaws must come into action in the radial direction of the tube. U, therefore, to effect the radial direction of all four striking jaws and not just the two opposing main striking jaws, it is necessary to drive the two main striking jaws each individually, and to drive them to the same extent. in order to ensure that the auxiliary hoe are taken along radially. In particular, this radial run-out is then necessary when a mandrel is placed in the pipe. on which the pipe is hammered. One not radial. but tangentially guided impact would only do such a @ -erfürmungsarbeit on the pipe, which does not correspond to the desired end purpose.

shown. Instead of the toggle hammer machine, a ring traveler machine can also be used

Rotating ring and the hammers can be arranged stationary.
An diesen llitnahmeflächen liegen
In the exemplary embodiment - Fig. I - the mode of operation of a toggle machine is initially shown schematically. An eccentric i takes a lever: 2 with it. The toggle lever 4 is mounted on a bolt 3 in such a way that its arm 5 follows the movement of the lever 2 via the bolt 6. The arms, ~, S are firmly connected to the arm 5 or are made from one piece, so that the reciprocating movement of the bolt 6 is converted into an up and down movement of the bolts g, io. On the bolts g, io levers ii are attached, which carry an angularly recessed piece 12 at their other end. Fixed to the machine frame is a wedge 13 which influences the position of an intermediate piece 1d. Piece 1; I is angularly cut out at 15. In the hammer body 16 is corresponding to the piece 1d. an identical piece cut out at an angle at 17 is used. Rollers 18 ig are arranged between your piece 12 and the two insert pieces. The up and down movement of the arm ii sets the hammer part 16 in a reciprocating motion via the rollers 1s, icg. By adjusting the heile: 13, the position of the hammer arm 16 can be adjusted. This toggle machine, known per se, is now equipped according to the invention with the striking jaws shown in FIG. The main impact jaws 2o, 21 «-erden in a corresponding manner, z. B. through the holes 22, with the associated hammer parts 16 connected. The main striking jaws 20. 21 have two striking surfaces 23, 24. By the one in Al; l). i illustrated toggle lever machine can be seen that both striking jaws are moved with the same stroke «-erden. The main slack jaws also have recesses 25 with driving surfaces 26 inclined at an angle of 45 ° to the lifting direction. The auxiliary beating jaws 27 rest on these driving surfaces. If the two main striking jaws 20, 21 are now moved radially inward, for example. as a result, they inevitably take along the auxiliary impact jaws 27 via the sliding surfaces 26, which in turn now perform a radial internal movement as a result of the movement of the main impact jaws.
