Verfahren für die Herstellung einer in Kunststoff eingebetteten Wicklung eines Transformators, insbesondere eines Röntgentransformators Es ist bekannt, die Wicklungen eines Strom- bzw. Spannungswandlers mit einem durch Kondensation gewonnenen Kunststoff (Kunstharzprodukt od. dgl.) zu, vergießen. Es hat sich aber gezeigt, daß die an diesen Wicklungen eng anliegenden Kunststoffumhüllungen bei den beim Betrieb der Strom-bzw. Spannungswandler mitunter auftretenden hohen Temperaturen durch die Volumenausdehnung der Wicklungen gesprengt werden. Um dieses Sprengen der Kunststoffumhüllungen zu vermeiden, ist es bekannt, zwischen den Wicklungen und den Kunststoffumhüllungen elastische Polster anzuordnen. Die Herstellung solcher mit Polster und Kunststoffumhüllungen verseherner Wicklungen ist aber umständlich, kostspielig und außerdem elektrisch ungünstig.Process for the manufacture of a winding embedded in plastic a transformer, in particular an X-ray transformer. Die Erfindung geht von der Erkenntnis aus, daß der Härtegrad und vor allem der innere Spannungszustand eines thermoplastischen Kunststoffes durch Zusetzen eines Füllstoffes zu den Aus-angsstoffen vor d°ni Polymerisationsvorgang in hohem :Maße 1)eeinflußt «-erden. Es wird nun angestrebt. die äußeren Schichten der Kunststoffumhüllung einer Wicklung mechanisch -,widerstandsfähig und wenig elastisch, die inneren Schichten dagegen möglichst elastisch zu machen, damit diese Umhüllungen bei d,en im Betrieb auftretenden Erwärmungen der von ihnen eingeschlossenen Wicklungen ihre äußere Form behalten und nicht gesprengt werden. Bei dem neuen Herstellungsverfahren einer in Kunststoff eingebetteten Wicklung wird daher ein mit Füllstoff durchsetzter thermoplastischer Kunststoff verwendet und bewußt eine solche Verteilung des Füllstoffes zu erreichen versucht, daß der prozentuale Anteil dieses Stoffes, auf den polvmerisierten Kunststoff bezogen, bei der Kunststoffumhüllung von außen nach innen zunimmt.By the invention, which is a process for the manufacture of an in Plastic embedded winding of a transformer, in particular an X-ray transformer regards, great progress is made in this regard. Erfindungsgemäß wird dieser Zustand dadurch erreicht, daß bei dem neuen Verfahren für die Herstellung einer in Kunststoff eingebetteten Wicklung eines Transformators, insbesondere eines Röntgentransformators, eine zwischen den einzelnen Drahtlagen mit Papierstreifen versehene, in an sich bekannter Weise im Vakuum getrocknete und mit Öl getränkte Wicklung nach dem Tränken mit 01 mit einem thermoplastischen Kunststoff vergossen wird, der durch Polymerisation eines Gemisches von einem Polymerisat, insbesondere eines Polymerisaten der Ät'hylenderivate (Sty rol), und einem mit diesem polymerisierbaren Füllstoff mit guten elektrischen Isoliereigenschaften (Mineralöl, Wachs od. dgl.) gebildet wird. Bei einer nach diesem Verfahren hergestellten Wicklung kann das 01 der ölgetränkten Wicklung nach dem Vergießen in die Kunststoffumhüllung hineindiffundieren, wodurch sich die gewünschte Verteilung des Füllstoffe in der Kunststoffhülle von selbst ergibt. \Ian erhält auf diese «"eise nach der Polyinerisation eine Kunststoffumhüllung, deren innere Zonen elastisch sind.
