Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein Resonanzkasten im Sockel von Pianino's, durch
welchen eine Verstärkung und Veredelung des Tones bezweckt wird.The present invention is a resonance box in the base of Pianino's, through

Wie aus beiliegender Zeichnung in Fig. 1 und 2 ersichtlich, ist derselbe im unteren
Theil des Pianino's angeordnet und bildet gleichzeitig den Boden des Instrumentes. Er besteht
im wesentlichen aus einem den unteren Dimensionen des Instrumentes angepafsten und nach
der Länge der Saiten berechneten Kasten A aus dünnwandigem Resonanzholz. Die obere
Decke a\ der eigentliche Resonanzboden,1 ist
leicht gewölbt, nach seinen Kanten zu abgeflacht und mit Rippen r versehen. Der Resonanzboden
a1 wird durch Vermittelung des Grundkörpers des Pianino's (der Rast und des
Umbaues) in Schwingungen versetzt, so dafs die unter ihm befindliche Luft ebenfalls in
Schwingungen geräth und den Boden a2 mitschwingen
läfst. Aufser dieser Beeinflussung des Resonanzbodens al erfolgt eine solche
auch durch die in den Raum s hineingeworfenen, auch nach unten wirkenden Schallwellen.

Die Wirkung der Einrichtung wird nur minder stark, jedoch nicht im Wesen verändert,

im Sockel des Instrumentes angeordnet ist, und dafs dessen event, leicht gewölbte
Decke (al) durch Vermittelung der Rast und
des Umbaues des Pianinokörpers, sowie durch die Schallwellen im Raum s zum Mitschwingen
