','in
ringförmiger Magnet wird zwischen die
Polschuhe stramm passend eingeschoben.
Small electric machine with a permanent ring magnet and on

With this type of fastening, however, it is not possible to obtain such a firm compression,
in order to avoid inaccuracies between magnet and

is not guaranteed. Furthermore, the air gap caused by the screws has between
the magnet halves result in a field weakening. The pitch of the ring magnet that

The invention is a small electrical machine with a
permanent ring magnet and shell-shaped adjacent to its outer circumference
Pole shoes., Which are made of a light metal casing or housing cast around them
are surrounded. The disadvantages outlined are avoided in that the jacket
or the housing is poured or injected around the magnet system so that the
when the jacket or the housing cools down an intimate shrinkage forces
and bring about a rigid connection between the pole pieces and the ring magnet.
schleift. It is particularly advantageous to have the jacket with different wall thicknesses
to cast, in such a way that the part of the jacket surrounding the pole pieces opposite
the other part forming the housing has a smaller wall thickness, so that in
the resulting depressions or recesses embedded the pole shoes
are. Will also the space between the pole pieces and the magnet with melt
filled out, it is not only a better and safer spacing of the
Pole shoes conditionally, but in addition to the rest of the wall reinforcement, the overall structure is thus created
the machine more stable. This advantage is particularly evident when,
as is often the case with these machines, these are made by means of clamp-like brackets
be stored. In the known design there is a risk that the
Sheet metal housing gives way and the armature due to the small air gap on the pole pieces
grinds.
The invention makes it possible that the ring magnet consists of one part,
whereby not only better magnetic properties are achieved, but also
by eliminating the need for additional grinding work, the manufacturing costs of the machine are reduced
can be reduced quite considerably.

und stabiles Motorgehäuse erreicht.i is the jacket made of light metal cast around the pole shoes 2, wherein

the shrinkage stresses acting in the radial direction also press the pole shoes

a good magnetic connection is created between these two parts, the
