Flüssigkeitsantrieb für mehrpolige elektrische Leistungsschalter
Für die Betätigung elektrischer Schalter ist
es bekannt, eine Isolierflüssigkeitssäule so-
wohl für die Ein- als auch für die Ausschal-
tung zu verwenden, wobei unmittelbar an
dem beweglichen Schaltstift des elektrischen
Schalters ein Kolben angebracht ist, der beim
Ein- und beim Ausschalten durch Druck be-
wegt wird. Für diese Bewegung steht eine
bestimmte zwischen, dem Druckkolben iind
dem Antriebskolben eingeschlossene Flüssige
keitsmenge zur Verfügung, die durch einen
beispielsweise durch Druckgas angetriebenen
Kolben bewegt wird. Die Rückführung des
Kolbens und somit die Ausschaltung erfolgt
durch Federkraft. Wird eine derartige Vor-
richtung für mehrpolige elektrische Leistungs-
schalter verwendet, bei der also mehrere
Schaltstifte gleichzeitig bewegt werden, so
besteht die Gefahr, daß durch geringe Un-
dichtigkeit an den Kolbenwänden Flüssigkeit
entweicht. Hierdurch reicht die zur Ver-
fügung stehende Flüssigkeit nicht aus, die
Schaltstifte in ihre Endstellung zu bringen, was
unter allen Umstanden vermieden werden muß.
Die Erfindung zeigt nun einen Flüssigkeits-
antrieb für mehrpolige Schalter, bei dein
dieser Nachteil nicht eintreten kann. Erfin-
dungsgemäß dienen für die Bewegung aller
Pumpenkolben zwei Flüssigkeitsdruckleitun-
gen, von denen in die eine beim Einschalten,
in die andere beim Ausschalten Flüssigkeit
aus getrennten, vermittels Druckgas durch
Ventile unter Druck zu setzenden Behältern
gedrückt wird, wobei die beiden Behälter
über ein Ausgleichventil so, miteinander in
Verbindung stehen, daß nur bei Druck in
einem der Behälter die Verbindung # zum
anderen Behälter geschlossen ist. Durch die
Verwendung zweier besonderer Behälter ist
stets soviel Flüssigkeit vorhanden, daß die
Schaltstifte sicher in ihre Endstellung gelan.-
gen. Diese Anordnung hat ferner den großen
Vorteil, - daß neben der Ersparung von Flüs-
sigkeitsleitungen durch die Betätigung sämt-
licher Schaltstifte in beiden Richtungen durch
Flüssigkeitsdruck eine sichere Ein- und Aus-
schaltbe-wegung erzielt wird. Durch die Ver-
bindung der beiden Flüssigkeitsvorratsbehäl-
ter über ein Ausgleichventil kann sich in der
Ruhestellung der Flüssigkeitsstand beider Be-
hälter ausgleichen. Zweckmäßig werden die
Behälter gegenüber den Pumpenzylindern an
einer höheren Stelle angeordnet, damit evtl.
in den Flüssigkeitsleitungen oder den Pum-
penzylindern auftretende Luftblasen in die
Vorratsbehälter gelangen können. Um bei
Änderung der Druckrichtung eine druckfreie
Verdrängung der Flüssigkeit zu erhalten, sind
normalerweise die Flüssigkeitsvorratsbehälter
entlüftet, und nur bei üffnung eines Druck-
gasventils wird die zugehörige Entlüftungs-
vorrichtung geschlossen.
Die Pumpenzylinder für die Bewegung der
am Schaltstift angebrachten Pumpenkolben
können bezüglich der Druckflüssigkeit parallel
oder in Reihe geschaltet sein. Erstere An-
ordnung verlangt eine große Flüssigkeits-
menge, bei letzterer Anordnung ist ein
höherer Pumpendruck erforderlich. Ferner
muß bei in Reihe geschalteten Pumpenzylin-
dern berücksichtigt werden, daß bei Tempe-
raturänderungen die Volumenänderung der
zwischen benachbarten Pumpenzylindern ein-
geschlossenen Flüssigkeit eine Kolbenver-
schiebung hervorrufen kann. Urn diesen
Nachteil zu vermeiden und eine Druckaus-
gleichmöglichkeit zu schaffen, wird die Ver-
bindungsleitung zweier benachbarter, in Reihe
mit dem Flüssigkeitsstrom angeordneter
Pumpenzylinder je über ein Rückschlagventil
und gemeinsam über das zwischen den beiden
Flüssigkeitsbehältern angeordnete Ausgleich-
ventil entlüftet. Das Rückschlagventil wird
in der Ruhestellung ein Entweichen von ge-
ringen Flüssigkeitsmengen zulassen, jedoch
sich bei plötzlichem Druckanstieg in der
Flüssigkeitsleitung sofort schließen, so, daß
eine gleichmäßige Bewegung aller Pumpen-
kolben gewährleistet ist.
Die Abbildungen dienen zur Erläuterung
der Erfindung. Abb. i zeigt die bekannte
Anordnung des Flüssigkeitsantriebs innerhalb
einp Schalterpoles. a ist ein Stützer, auf
den der nicht gezeichnete Schalter aufgebaut
ist, b ist der Schaltstift mit dem unmittelbar
an ihm befestigten Purnpenkolbenc, der in
einem Pumpenzylinder d durch Zuführung

hin und her bewegt wird und so den Schalter
ein- und ausschaltet.
In Abb.:2 ist der Flüssigkeitsantrieb gemäß
der Erfindung dargestellt. Für die Bewegung
der Flüssigkeit in. den Leitungen e, fl, e., f2,
e., f" und damit sämtlicher Pumpenkolben c,
c., c,3 dient die Flüssigkeit in den Leitungen
g
und li, die von den Flüssigkeitsbehältern i
und k ihren Ausgang nehmen. Beide Behäl-
ter stehen über die Druckventile 1 und m mit
der Druckgaszuführungsleitung ii, in Verbin-
dung. Die Druckventile sind normalerweise
geschlossen. In der Schließstellung der
Druckventile ist der Luftraum der Behälter i
und k mit der Außenluft verbunden. o ist ein
Ausgleicbsventil, das die beiden Behälter i
und k verbindet und das geschlossen ist, wenn
einer der Behälter durch das aus der Leitung it
zugeführte Druckgas Druck erhält. Wie aus
Abb. 2 ersichtlich, sind die Pumpenkolben c,
c., r, parallel zum Flüssigkeitsdruckstrom.

in der Aus-Stellung. Zwecks Einschaltens des
Schalters wird das Ventil 1 geöffnet. Der
Druck auf die Flüssigkeit im Behälter i ver-
ursacht das Schließen des Ventils o und das
Verschieben der Pumpenkolben c, c#., c. nach
oben. In der Endstellung wird der Schalt-
stift zweckmäßig verklinkt, so daß sich das
Ventil 1 wieder schließen kann. Verschwindet
aber der Druck in dem Flüssigkeitsbehälter i,
so öffnet sich das Ausgleichventil o, so daß
Flüssigkeit im Behälter k nach dem Behälter i
strömen kann und so sich der Flüssigkeits-
spiegel beider Behälter wieder ausgleicht.
Beim Ausscbaltvorgang wird das Ventil in
betätigt, so daß ein Druckflüssigkeitsstrom in
umgekehrter Richtung entsteht, der die Kol-
ben c, c." c, und damit die Schaltstifte in die
entgegengesetzte Endlage bringt. Die Behäl-
ter i und 1, sind höher als die Pumpenzylin-
der c, bis cs angeordnet, so daß etwa in diesen
oder in den Flüssigkeitsleitungen befindliche
Luftblasen nach den Vorratsbehältern ge-
langen können.
Abb. 3 zeigt eine Anordnung mit in Reihe
zum Flüssigkeitsstrom angeordnetem Pum-
penzylinder dl, d. d,3. Diese Anordnung

Schalten. Da die Verbindungsleitungen p
und q von den Pumpenkolben d, d2, (i.

grenzt sind, so muß eine Vorrichtung vor-
gesehen werden, die bei Temperaturerhöhung
eine Ausdehnung der Flüssigkeit ohne Ver-
schiebung der Kolben ermöglicht. Hierfür
dienen die Rückschlagventile r und s, die über
die Verbindungsleitung t eine Entlüftung zu
den Ausgleichsventilen u und v gestatten.
Beim Schaltvorgang sind die Ventile r und s
und eines der Ventileit oder v durch die
Druckflüssigkeit geschlossen. Im Ruhezu-
stand dagegen ermöglichen diese Ventile ein
Austreten von Flüssigkeit, so daß in diesem
