Description

Siebbodentrockner für landwirtschaftliche Erzeugnisse Bei Trockenvorrichtungen, in welchen das Gut auf einem endlos umlaufenden Siebband oder in einfacherer Weise auf einem feststehenden Siebboden durch einen ebenfalls umlaufenden endlosen Schlepprost -(Kettenförderer) durch den Trockner geführt und dabei von den Trockengasen durchströmt wird, hat -man umlaufende Auflockerungsvorrichtungen an einer oder auch an mehreren Stellen fest eingebaut, um die Bildung von feucht bleibenden Nestern und Klumpen zu verhinderh, wie sie sich voi allein bei der Trocknung von Grünfutter, Rübenblatt u. dgl. stengeligem und blätterigem Gut landwirtschaftlicher Erzeugung bilden. Auch hat man z. B. über den chargenweise beschickten Siebböden bei '.Malzdarren die sogenannten Gerstenwender hin und her laufen lassen, welche, -wie schon der Name sagt, vorwiegend dem Wenden und Mischen besonders dick gelagerter Schichten dienen. Bei diesen Gerstenwendern wird das Gut von um die Wenderwelle umlaufenden, langsam in den Malz eintauchenden Bechern in geschlossenen Haufen hochgenommen, aus denen es dann nach innen, d. h. nach der Welle zu, so wieder entleert wird, daß es sich im Durchschnitt seitlich gar nicht oder nur wenig verschiebt, wobei sich ein etwaiger geringfügiger Hinundherschub des Gutes im Hinundhergang der Wendearbeit aufhebt. Die erstgenannten feststehenden Auflockerungsvorrichtungen über umlaufenden Bändern ergeben aber insbesondere z. B. bei zerrissenem Rübenblatt oder anderem schwieriger trocknendem Grünfutter keine für den gesamten T rocknungsverlauf hinreichende Auflockerung. Die zweitgenannten über einem feststehenden chargenweise beschickten Siebboden hin und her gehenden Wender sind von vornherein im, Aufbau und Wirkung auf das Wenden und Mischen körniger Stoffe in sonst ruhender, d. h. nicht vor getriebener Schüttung, beschränkt und vermögen auf zusammenbackendes Grünfutter in keiner Weise irgendwie entwirrend oder klumpenzerstörend zu wirken. Die Erfindung hat sich zur Aufgabe gesetzt, die Lockerungswirkung durchgreifend zu verstärken.
