in Berührung kommen, z.
Insulation structure for electrical devices and apparatus in the capacitor,
Cables, cable fittings, transformers, switches, converters, motors and generators
So far, mineral oils and mineral oil mixtures have been used for cooling, insulating and soaking
with resins, casting compounds based on tar, asphalt or bitumen and paints - so-called.
Electropastes. These electrical insulating or cooling liquids and masses are
with the advantage of the non-flammable and flame-retardant impregnation, insulation
or cooling liquids or impregnating, insulating, potting and heat dissipating
Masses of halogen-substituted, ring-shaped or chain-shaped hydrocarbons,
z. B. Tzichlorbenzol, Trichlaräthylen or chlorinated or fluorinated polyphenyl compounds
alone or in a mixture with each other have been replaced, in addition to their non-flammability
have a high insulating capacity and high dielectric strength and do not tarnish.
These liquid halogenated hydrocarbon compounds would all in the
Electrical engineering meet the conditions imposed on them if they do not comply with the in
electrotechnical devices previously used solid building materials with which they directly
come into contact, e.g. B. those based on oil varnish, chemically attack or their
would reduce electrical insulation. It has now been shown that one
can eliminate these disadvantages by using such insulating solid building materials
used that of halogen-containing hydrocarbon compounds, e.g. B. of chlorodiphenyl compounds
and chlorobenzenes are not chemically attacked. It was only found that
Cellulose triacetate is particularly suitable for this. Cellulose triacetate as a solid
Insulating and building materials do not have any halogenated hydrocarbons
only a better chemical resistance than the previously used oil varnish
or insulating paints or the like, but in addition are made using cellulose triacetate
does not adversely affect the dielectric properties of the liquid insulating agent,
rather, they are largely preserved.
The invention which provides an insulation structure for electrical devices
and apparatus such as cables, terminations and sleeves, switches, capacitors, transformers,
Current and voltage converter concerns, therefore, consists in the use of a liquid one
Insulating agent in the form of chlorinated or fluorinated hydrocarbons in combination
with cellulose triacetate as a solid insulating and building material. Cellulose triacetate can
here in film form or as a lacquer for application
reach,
wherein according to the invention the cellulose triacetate film to further increase the mechanical
Strength tissue can be incorporated.
The paper, which is widely used for insulation in transformers, shows normal aging in contact with solid chlorinated hydrocarbons, but the dielectric losses with a combination according to the invention are considerably lower than with the combination of liquid chlorinated hydrocarbon papers, as can be seen from the table below .
Tests carried out, which extended over a longer period of time and were carried out at temperatures between 0 to 95V, showed that the insulation of the electrical apparatus and equipment remains completely unchanged when using cellulose triacetate and also a deterioration of the dielectric or the liquid insulation - and coolant is not to be feared due to the dissolution of foreign substances. It has also been found that cellulose triacetate has significantly lower dielectric losses at both lower and higher temperatures than with phenolic resin, which according to another proposal should be used as an insulating material in conjunction with chlorinated hydrocarbon compounds.
