Staubsaugerdüsen üblicher Ausbildung lassen sich über hochflorige Teppiche nur schwer, d,h. mit großer Schiebekraft führen, vor allem dann, wenn sie im Düsenboden mehrere Saugkanäle aufweisen. Die Neuerung will hier Abhilfe schaffen ur.d erreicht dies bei einer Düse mit zwei sich über die ganze Düsenbreite erstreckenden Saugkanälen dadurch, daß ein Saugkanal unmittelbar hinter der eine Arbeitsleiste bildenden Düeenvorderkante und der zweite Kansl unter Zwischenfügung einer nur schmalen Gleitkufe neben dem ersten Kanal ebenfalls in der vorderen Düsenpaytie engeordne« ist, während der hintere Düsenteil eine großflächige Gleitkufe bildet unaS. die bdugöffnung der Düse mittig im Bereich der Saugkanäle vorgesehen ist. Diese Anordnung bewirkt ein günstiges Aufliegen der Düse und erfordert eine nur geringe Schiebekraft für dieselbe auch bei weichen hochflorigen Teppichen. Diese günstigem Eigenschaften werde.: noch dadurch verbessert, daß man den Angriffspunkt für die Düse innerhalb derselben eo tief als möglich sowie hinter die Düsenmitte legt.
