Verfahren zur Herstellung selbsthärtender und säuredichter Wasserglaskitte In der Säurebautechnik werden in großem Umfange selbsterhärtende säurefeste Wasserglaskitte benutzt. Solche Kitte werden durch Vermischen von flüssigen Natronwasserglaslösungen und Kittmehlen mit einem Gehalt an alkalireaktionsfähigen Zusatzstoffen erhalten. Der Hauptnachteil dieser bekannten Säurekitte liegt darin, daß es nicht möglich ist, mit ihnen säuredichte Kittungen oder Mauerungen auszuführen. Die durch einen Gehalt von Alkalisilicaten in löslicher Form und von alkalireaktionsfähigen Zusatzstoffen, z. B. Alkali- oder Erdalkalisilicofluoriden, gekennzeichneten Kittmassen und Mörtel erhärten unter Luftabschluß zwar selbst, sind aber nicht säuredicht.Process for the production of self-hardening and acid-proof water glass cements In acid building technology, self-hardening, acid-resistant water glass putties are used on a large scale used. Diese Kieselsäure muß ganz besonders alkalireaktionsfähig sein und sich bereits in kalten Alkalilaugen läsen. Besonders gute Ergebnisse wurden dadurch erhalten, daß man für die obige Zusammenstellung eine aktive Kieselsäure anwendet, die aus der Zersetzung von Siliciumverbindungen, und zwar insbesondere aus der Zersetzung von Siliciumfluorverbindungen, stammt. Man ist durch den Zusatz dieser Kieselsäuresorten in der Lage, beim Anmachen in den Wasserglaslösungen das Mengenverhältnis von H20 : S102 besonders hoch zu treiben. Mit diesem Hilfsmittel hat man es also in der Hand, auch sehr wasserreiche Wasserglaslösungen zur Herstellung von säuredichten Kittungen zu verwenden. Die wasserreichen Wasserglaslösungen haben technisch den Vorteil, daß sie sehr dünnflüssig sind und dadurch die Verarbeitung der Kittmassen erheblich erleichtert wird. Insbesondere kann man gießfähige Massen damit herstellen.
