Wirksamkeit, i ' nsbesondere ge-
gen Haferflugbrand.
Aromatis
' che Diazonium/Merkurichlorid-Doppelsalze, in denen der aromatische Kern
Seed dressings It is known to use oxyphenylhydrazines and their derivatives as seed dressings. These compounds have a good fungicidal activity, i 'nsbesondere Towards the oat smut. However, they show reducing properties, so that when used with mercury or copper compounds, there is a reduction in these salts during storage and thus a decrease in effectiveness. Aromatis' che diazonium / mercury chloride double salts, in which the aromatic nucleus z. B. substituted by nitro groups or halogen atoms have also been proposed as seed dressings. Their effectiveness, if any, is due to the presence of the mercury. Against flying oat smut, their effect, like that of the mercury chloride contained therein, is inadequate.
In the group of aromatic diazo compounds which, in addition to the diazo group,
which should not be bound to a hydrocarbon radical with the second valence,
Containing at least one phenolic hydroxyl group in the molecule has now become one
Group of compounds found, which in some cases have even better fungicidal effectiveness
combines the advantage of being usable with metal salts. The said aromatic
Diazo compounds are suitable for both wet and dry pickling.
Diazogruppe in i - 4-Stellung.In the compounds mentioned, the hydroxyl or diazo group can be linked to a mononuclear or polynuclear aromatic ring. So it can z. Diazo compounds derived from phenol or naphthol, for example, can be used. One or more hydroxyl groups can be present. The diazo and phenolic oxy groups can be on the same or different rings. Most effective are compounds that contain both groups attached to the same ring. The oxy and diazo groups are expediently in the i - 4 position.
kommen stibb-tittiierte Alk-d-
