Bei der Herstellung von isoliertem magnetisierbarem Pulver für Massekerne wurde bisher meistens in der Weise vorgegangen, daß pulverisierte magnetisierbare Teilchen mit dem Isolierstoff, der sich .ebenfalls in Pulverform befand .oder als Lösung dem ma,gnetisierbaren Material zugegeben wurde, durch einen mechanischen Rührprozeß innig vermischt wurde. Dieser Prozeß mußte verhältnismäßig lange durchgeführt werden, damit eine möglichst ,gleichmäßige Verteilung des magnetisierbaren Materials im Isolierstoff und eine möglichst weitgehende Isolierung der einzelnen magnetisierbaren Teilchen stattfanden. . Trotz der theoretischen Erwägung, daß beim Zusatz einer bestimmten Menge Isolierstoff alle Teilchen hinreichend isoliert sein müßten, waren die Wirbelstromverluste der auf diese Weise hergestellten Kerne immer noch verhältnismäßig hoch und erreichten nicht die erwarteten geringen Werte. Es wurde daher angenommen, daß auch nach dieser geläufigen mechanischen Behandlung der Teilchen für ihre Isolierung im Gemisch immer noch eine große Zahl von Zusammenballungen mehrerer magnetisierbarer Teilchen vorhanden war und diese selbst durch einen lang andauernden Rührprozeß, nicht zu beseitigen sind.
