Description

Verfahren zur Herstellung von Hohlkörpern aus Stahl nach dem Kaltspritzverfahren, ausgehend von einem vorgeformten Napf Gegenstand der Erfindung ist jie. Herstellung von dünnwandigen Hohlkörpern aus Stahl nach dein Kaltspritzverfahren gemäß dem Patent 717679. Nach diesem Patent werden Hohlkörper aus napfartigen Rohlingen in einer Richtung kaltgespritzt. Auf eine besondere Formgebung am offenen Ende der Hohlkörper, z. B. für einen Muffenansatz o. dgl., iat kein Bedacht gelegt. Solche Hohlkörper in Form von Buchsen eignen sich beispielsweise als Mundlochbuchsen für Geschosse. Ihre erfindungsgemäße Herstellung erfolgt in der Weise, daß in entgegengesetz-%er Richtung der Preßstempelbewegung zum Kaltspritzen des -Hohlkörpers an diesem für einen Muffenansatz der entsprechende Napfteil zum Fließen gebracht wird. Für die Herstellung solcher Buchsen dient ein Aufnehmer mit einem inneren Ringansatz.
