Description

Process for the production of an aqueous grease-dissolving sterilization and disinfectants The invention relates to a method of production an aqueous, grease-dissolving sterilizing and disinfecting agent. It is already known, for the production of aqueous Pett solvent emulsions Caragheenmoos- or the like. To use swellings. It has also been suggested as an emulsifying agent Use cellulose ether (Tylose). Also the use of other cellulose derivatives along with disinfectants, as well as the joint use of disinfectants with fatty alcohol sulfonates is known, the fatty alcohol sulfonates often alongside their wetting and penetrating properties also kill mold to be used. The fatty alcohol sulfonates have lis to some extent too an emulsifying effect. Also the use of saponin for: beneficial influence of disinfectants is known per se.

However, all of these known means are only used individually and could therefore always ensure partial success. There was also the fact that the , well-known agents due to their often intense smell for the production of a cleaning agent and sterilants for cleaning food containers, e.g. B. milk cans, were not usable. This was especially the case when going to manufacture : the detergent used organic fat solvents.

To now use a grease-dissolving sterilant and disinfectant Using organic fat solvents to manufacture will the organic Fat solvent for emulsion swelling mixed with formic acid or the like from cellulose derivatives Tylose) and then added to the whole with constant stirring Fettallcoliolsul £ x:, - nate and disinfectants, such as. B. Foi ri @ = `aldehyde, added, whereupon the whole thing is homogenized.

Fat solvents in such an emulsion give a disinfectant-sterilizer, which can be diluted with water in any ratio and is practically odorless is, so that, as has been found by comparative experiments, z. B. Can clean and germ-free milk cans in a much shorter time without that annoying or harmful odors can arise.

The method is, for example, in a particularly advantageous form such as carried out as follows: r kg of cellulose derivative (Tylose) is poured over with boiling Water softens and turns into a gelatinous mass when it cools. 'This Gelatinous mass are in an emulsifying machine 5 kg of S; % Formic acid added and thoroughly emulsified with constant stirring.

This emulsion is then further stirred for about 4o k- organic solvents of any specific ge - «- ichtes, z. B. gasoline, trichlorethylene o. #d, - # 1., added, and after the whole is thoroughly mixed, about 31.g Fatty alcohol sulfonate added and mixed for so long. his the fatty alcohol sulfonates have also mixed intimately with the crowd.

A solution of 3 kg of formaldehyde (40 '/,) and 23 kg of water is then added to this mixture and combined with the above emulsion with constant stirring. This total emulsion is then treated molecularly in a nozzle hornogenizing machine using a pressure of about zoo atmospheres, so that a stable emulsion is formed which can be mixed with water in any ratio without any parts of the emulsion agglomerating in the water.

This disinfectant is particularly suitable for cleaning Apparatus and equipment for the food industry.
