Nutzfrequenz schwingende Gebilde darstellen. Derartige Röhren sind an sich bekannt.
Hierbei sind z. B. zwei Reihen hintereinandergeschalteter Anodensegmente vorgesehen,
Split anode magnetron tube The invention relates to a
Magnetron tube with subdivided anode, in which the anode segments themselves with the
Represent useful frequency oscillating structures. Such tubes are known per se.
Here are z. B. two rows of anode segments connected one behind the other are provided,
which are linearly arranged parallel to one another and between which one is parallel
cathode led to it is located. Such a system has an extension
which is equal to the total length of the anode segments and their connecting conductors,
and the cathode must also be of this length.
In contrast, the magnetron tube according to the invention is characterized in
that the anode segments are designed as linear 7/2 long dipoles, the radial
are aligned on the cathode and their outer ends on one of the conductors
of a Lechersystem, the cathode coaxially sounding conductive ring in
a mutual distance of) ./ 2, while the other conductor of the
Lechersystem is formed by a second ring coaxially surrounding the first,
which is supplemented by side cover surfaces to form a screen housing. This arrangement
has the advantage over the known of a much more compact shape and a
greater stability of the structure. In particular, the cathode only has here
a length equal to the width of a segment.
Magnetron tubes are also known in which the individual anode segments
are arranged in a circle around a cathode and each having adjacent segments
are connected to each other by a bracket. This connecting bracket, the total
form a rosette shape, possess including
the anode segments
each about the length of 2/2. Such an arrangement has a relatively strong one
Scattered radiation on.
The further explanations of the concept of the invention should be based on hand

from a linear cathode k, around which six anode segments a are evenly distributed
are. The anode segments are in the form of straight rods, the length of which is equal to one
half the wavelength of the mean operating wave. The end faces of the anode segments
are facing the cathode, while the outer ends are connected by a ring r
are connected, which forms part of a Lecher system. The connection points
Adjacent anode segments with the ring are also spaced apart from one another
half the wavelength of the mean operating frequency. The electrodes are in place
in an all-round shielded housing s, which is formed by
that the ring carrying the anode segments of a second coaxially surrounds the first
Ring is enclosed, which forms the other head of the Lechersystem and through
lateral cover surfaces is supplemented to form a screen housing. The anode segments can
be supported on the screen housing s with the help of supports g. If you have the
Hell makes these supports equal to a quarter wavelength of the operating frequency,
they can be made of metal, since they then have an infinite operating frequency
represent high resistance and act as a choke. For forwarding the in the electrode system
Vibration energy generated is attached to this one as a concentric pipe h and

is to be kept as small as possible. By changing the coordination of the Lechersystem La,
1i or a further resonance circuit connected to it, it is possible to
to influence the natural frequency of the electrode system, and a certain percentage
To bring about a frequency change of, for example, io @ 'o of the mean operating wave.

In the illustrated embodiment, the ring r can with
