Insbesondere ist bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der -Erfindung ein mit Nadel und Membrane versehenes Organ mit dem Schwimmer verbunden, das eine senkrechte Bewegung in beiden Richtungen ausführen kann und dabei einen bistabilen Umschalter betätigt, der so angebaut ist, daß er auf die elektrische Zuleitung des Füllmagnetventils und der Entleerungspumpe direkt einwirken kann.
