Kopplungskondensator, insbesondere Hochspannungskondensator Die Erfindung
mehrere Kondensatoren hintereinandexzuschalten, d. h. mehrere Kondensato@reinheiten,
neue verursacht.Coupling capacitor, particularly high voltage capacitor The invention
relates to a capacitor for coupling high-frequency systems with high-voltage high-voltage systems
normal frequency for the purpose of telephony or the like, by superimposing the high frequency
to the network frequency of the high-voltage high-voltage current systems. The capacitor is
in a manner known per se in an insulator, preferably made of porcelain or a
Similar material, installed, for example, on the masts of the high-voltage network
is appended. To overcome high line voltages, it is often necessary to
to connect several capacitors one after the other, d. H. several condensate units,
which are put together in my isolator to hang together. The stress
of the isolators due to the weight of the condenser units suspended from one another
and by the weight of the insulators themselves, at times increased by one-sided
Solar radiation is often extremely large. These and similar causes
Not infrequently led to - the insulator bursting and the whole capacitor
fell to the ground and became completely useless. This also made it a uniform one
Interruption of telephony and very questionable electricity supply
a shutdown of the network when replacing the broken capacitor units .by
new causes.
There are known high-frequency capacitors in which the winding

In order to avoid these disadvantages, a coupling capacitor
in particular high-voltage capacitor housed inside an insulating housing
is, and its stacked capacitor elements between strips o.

and with which they are firmly connected. The capacitor elements are in a continuous
Built-in supporting structure. The insulating housing, which is preferably made of porcelain
rests on a flange of the continuous supporting structure. The insulating housing

Base or the flange are attached. With the upper end of the supporting structure
is the insulating housing over the cover by an expandable intermediate link,
z. B. a bellows connected, so that: a longitudinal extent independent of the
Expansion of the supporting structure is possible. The oil-filled isolator space has
preferably an expandable body at the lower end of the capacitor stack,
For example, a bellows that is protected from the stresses caused by the supporting structure
as well as: is relieved by the insulating housing and according to the oil volume
can adapt to its thermal expansion.
in Verbindung steht.
An embodiment .ein coupling capacitor according to the invention is shown in the drawing in a section. Between: the pressure plates and b, which are connected to one another by strips c, for example made of insulating material, the capacitor windings id are arranged. The connections of the capacitor stack are each conductively connected to the pressure plates a and b. On the upper pressure plate a bolts are attached, which are passed through an end cover f oil-tight and are firmly connected to an end cap g. With the lower pressure plate b, a support part or a tube h and the end cap i are mechanically connected. The support part and the end cap i can also consist of one piece. The support part Ja has an annular flange k, while the hoods g and i have suspension devices L, which consist of a fork and suspension bolts for fastening the adjacent coupling capacitor and connecting screws m for connecting the capacitor. An insulator n, preferably made of porcelain, serves as the outer jacket of the capacitor stack, which rests on the flange h of the carrier part with the interposition of a sealing ring o and is fastened oil-tight here by means of hook bolts. The upper termination: of the insulator. Takes place through: an annular flange g with the interposition of a sealing ring o likewise through hook bolts p. The flange q is connected in an oil-tight manner to the cover plate f by an annular spring body r. A spring body is arranged inside the pipe as part of the supporting structure, the interior t of which is connected to the oil chamber of the insulator. This spring body is used to adapt to the changed oil volume in accordance with the temperature fluctuations of the coupling capacitor during operation. The task of the spring body r, on the other hand, is to allow the length compensation between the supporting structure of the actual capacitor stack and the insulating housing. The dead weight of the actual capacitor stack is entirely absorbed by the supporting structure, which goes from: the upper suspension device via the bolt, the pressure plate a, the support strip c, the pressure plate b, the support part h to the lower suspension structure 1. The insulator itself is firmly screwed onto the flange of the carrier part without being stressed by the tensile stress due to its own weight or the capacitor stacks suspended on top of one another. In the lower part of the support tube 1a there is: a bore tc, which is used to equalize the pressure of the air during expansion or contraction of the spring body s.
