wesentlich herabzusetzen.Electrical Angle Transmission System The invention relates to
an electrical angle transmission system in which the encoder consists of a collector
exists, on whose lamellas the taps of a rotating field winding of the receiver
are connected. If such a system is operated with alternating current, then this is the result
in the rotating field winding of the receiver a circulating alternating flux, which the rotor
of the recipient. In particular, the invention relates to an electrical one
Angle transmission system of the aforementioned type, in which to amplify the torque
on the receiver runner a short-circuit Wick-Jung with a pronounced winding direction
is applied, which always seeks to adjust perpendicular to the alternating flow.
It has been shown that the runner of such a system, because it is practically undamped
is, carries out undesirable torsional vibrations around the target position, which are up to q.5 °
can. Such vibrations are particularly disturbing when the system is used as a torque amplifier
is used. Such systems are also used for regulating devices with short closing times
unsuitable due to the vibrations of the rotor. The runner movement is also not accessible
by braking, e.g. B. to dampen by an eddy current brake, as in such a case
the performance of the system suffers intolerably. The invention is therefore the

Untersuchungen an wechselstrombetriebenen Winkelübertragungssystemen
Investigations on AC-powered angle transmission systems

Stator and AC-excited rotors have shown to be effective
Damping of vibrations of the receiver can only be achieved if encoder and
Receiver rotor each with a short-circuit winding of pronounced, to the axis of the associated
Excitation winding vertical winding axis are provided.
This is attributed to the fact that to achieve a damping
electrical coupling between the short-circuit windings of the transmitter and receiver
necessary is. By attaching a short-circuit winding to your receiver runner
alone can accordingly be used in the case of an angle transmission system with a collector transmitter
and rotating field receivers of the type mentioned at the beginning do not achieve any noticeable attenuation.
Rather, this is also the creation of a special short-circuit path for the
currents induced by the short-circuit winding in the rotating field winding are required.
According to the invention, effective damping can be achieved in a system of the type mentioned at the outset in that a short-circuit connection is present between two rotating brushes sliding on the collector, such that a short-circuit path for the when the transmitter and receiver position deviates from the Short-circuit winding in the rotating field winding induced currents is created. At first it seems surprising that such a short-circuit connection at the encoder dampens the oscillations of the receiver rotor. However, this peculiar effect can be understood from the following considerations. The starting point is the arrangement on which Fig. I is based, in which the mutually opposite taps 4, 4 ', 5, 5' etc. are attached to the lamellae i, 1 ', 2, a' etc. of a fixed collector 3 A receiver rotating field winding 6 are connected. Two brushes B1 and B. connected to an alternating current source are rotated together in accordance with the primary movement and drag on the collector 3. Two perpendicular windings ETY and KGG ″ with a pronounced winding direction are applied to the rotor of the receiver. The winding EW is connected to the same alternating current source to which the brushes Bt, B2 are applied. This winding EW could possibly be omitted in the present exemplary embodiment. It always tries to adjust the rotor in the direction of the alternating field arising in the winding 6. The total power of the alternating field in the winding 6 is partly absorbed directly by the brushes Bi and B2, partly by induction from the winding EW .
The winding KW is short-circuited. This winding always seeks to adjust itself perpendicular to the alternating flux and also generates a torque in the process. The two brushes additionally provided according to the invention are B3 and B4, which are mechanically coupled to the brushes Bi and B. This pair of brushes B3 and B4 is arranged perpendicular to the pair of brushes B1 and B .. and is short-circuited by a bracket 7. When the rotor is in the desired position, the two brushes B3 and B4 connect collector lamellas with the same potential. But as soon as the runner of the recipient, z. B. by vibrations deviates from the desired position, an alternating current component caused by the short-circuit winding KW by reaction is generated, which is compensated for by the brush short-circuit 7. The brush short circuit 7 sets the current circuit for a kind of. An induction system whose primary part is the short-circuit winding KW induced by the alternating field, the secondary part of which is represented by the two halves of the rotating-field winding 6 short-circuited by the brush bridge 7. Since this induction system is closed by the bracket 7, the movement of the primary part, namely the short-circuit winding KW, includes a power. It is clear that this power consumption has an effect in terms of damping the rotor movement. However, it is noteworthy that the described damping effect does not exist during the rotating movement of the rotor, but only occurs as soon as the rotor and with it the winding KW deviate from the desired position. seeks. The described basic idea of the invention can also be realized in a corresponding manner in that instead of the brush cross consisting of the four brushes B to B4 according to Fig , of which two, B. ', B ,, are short-circuited by a connection 7' and are connected to one pole of the alternating current source, while the third brush, B ,, rests on the second pole of the alternating current source The brush friction and the stress on the collector 3 is lower, - however, the brushes must be properly supported, since when a brush is temporarily lifted, the receiver rotor can step out of the way Receiver rotor's collector lamellas have the same potential, while if the rotor deviates from the target position as a result of the induction of the rotating field winding A compensating current flows through the short-circuit winding KW of the receiver rotor in the short-circuit connection 7 ', which has a damping effect on the movement of the short-circuit winding KW .
7 erreicht. However, the arrangement can also be made in such a way that the feed brushes B1 and B2 in Fig. I are completely omitted, provided that the receiver rotor is provided with the excitation winding EW connected to an alternating current source. In such a system, the alternating flux in the rotating field winding 6 is generated exclusively by the winding EW, while only the two short-circuited brushes B3 and B4 rotate on the collector 3 in accordance with the primary movement. The peculiar mode of operation of such a system is as follows: If the brushes B3 and B4 are rotated from their neutral position, they receive a voltage difference, and. an alternating current component flows through the two halves of the rotating field winding 6 short-circuited by the brushes B3, B1, through which the alternating flux in the rotating field winding 6 is shifted by the angle of the brush rotation. The short-circuit winding KW, ie the rotor with the excitation winding EW, adjusts itself again perpendicularly to this displaced or distorted alternating flux. A rotation of the alternating flux in the rotating field winding 6 is achieved indirectly through the intermediary of the short-circuit winding KW and the rotatable brush short-circuit 7.
