A jet nozzle for conveyance consisting of a jacket and wear-resistant lining
. of granular material Jet nozzles for conveying granular material such as sand, cement, mixed material
of hydrogenation plants and the like are designed inside so that they have a conical entry surface
and an immediately adjoining, cylindrical, usually longer than the entrance fiche
have held exit surface (patent 6q.6 913). It is known that one
severe wear of such nozzles under the abrasive effect of the granular masses
takes place inside the nozzles. This fact has caused the nozzles to come through
appropriate choice of material and training in their interior to be as wear-resistant as possible.
Made of wear-resistant building material such as tungsten or boron carbide, bziv. other hard materials
The existing lining of the nozzles is surrounded by a jacket that attaches to the supply line
of the conveyed material is connected. The invention relates to a jacket and wear-resistant
Lining existing jet nozzle for the promotion of granular material and consists in that
the mantle has ribs on its surface to deflect impact. wears well.
The advantages achieved by the invention can be seen in the fact that

Rebound forces of the grain parts at an early stage: individual points destroyed and at these
Places-the lining is bared, which then in these places without
a coat
has to withstand the full line pressure and exposed to all shocks without protection
and because of its great brittleness, it crumbles early at these points.
This premature destruction of the nozzle lining, primarily at the nozzle mouth, will
avoided by the invention. The invention further achieves that
the rebounding sandblast, for example when blowing out the core of hollow castings,
finds an exit route. With the previous nozzle shape, the core mass clogs
the outlet opening when poking. By the grooves is achieved that, however, the
Can radiate fan jet, the advantage being achieved that the jet
splits into several smaller jets, the ones around the nozzle especially the core mass
radiate effectively and at the same time do not stress the nozzle surface on one side.
The jacket is expediently provided with a wear-resistant layer so that it is
the rebound grains strike a wear-resistant body. The all-heavy metal nozzle
can thus be completely eliminated and the feed nozzle a surprising increase
their lifespan. It is also useful that the jacket by a
Widening covers the mouth of the connecting pipe, thus the connecting pipe
Umbrella-like through the nozzle jacket against premature wear from rebound grains
is protected.
