Die Neuerung betrifft das Verfahren, bei der Schleuderung von Zucker u. dergl. Massen in Formen oder in Formen erstarrter und im festen Zustande aus diesen entleerter (gelöschter) Massen, diese Formen oder die aus ihnen entleerten Massen in die Schleudertrommel derart einzusetzen, dafs zwischen der in die Schleudertrommel eingebrachten Schleudermasse oder der sie umschliefsenden oberen Formenwand nnd dem Deckel der Schleudertrommel ein freier Raum gebildet wird zur Aufnahme eines Fang-Schälrohres, welches die abzuschleudernde Flüssigkeit absaugt. Es bezweckt diese Einrichtung, z. B. bei der Herstellung von Zucker in Gestalt von Blöcken, Platten, Segmenten u. s. w., den Deckprocefs in der Schleudertrommel in der Weise auszuführen, wie dieses ausführlicher bereits in der Patentschrift Nr. 34705 (D em min) beschrieben ist, und zwar so, dafs die angewandte Deckflüssigkeit gezwungen wird, die zu reinigende Masse stets erst vollständig zu durchtränken, bevor sie selbst die Schleudertrommel verläfst, indem ihr Austritt aus der Schleudertrommel zeitweilig beschränkt oder ganz verhindert wird.The innovation relates to the method in which sugar and similar masses are thrown into Forms or forms solidified and in the solid state emptied (deleted) from these Masses, these forms or the masses emptied from them into the centrifugal drum like that to use that between the centrifugal mass introduced into the centrifugal drum or the upper mold wall surrounding it and the lid of the centrifugal drum a free one Space is formed to accommodate a catch peeling tube, which is to be thrown off Sucks off liquid. Dieser ist derart gestaltet (s. rechte Seite der Zeichnung) _ oder pafst so auf einen Kranzaufsatz ^ (s. linke Seite der Zeichnung), dafs nach Aufbringen des Deckels auf die Schleudertrommel und dem vorher erfolgten Einbringen der Form bezw. der Masse M ein Fangraum f gebildet wird, welcher oben vom Deckel d, unten von der Masse M bezw. der oberen Wand der Form, in welche diese Masse eingeschlossen ist, begrenzt ist. In den so gebildeten Fangraum/ wird ein Fangrohr r hineinbewegt, sobald die in der Masse M enthaltene Flüssigkeit abgeschleudert werden soll. Gearbeitet wird wie folgt: Die zu bearbeitende Schleudermasse wird in die zu ihrem Auffüllen angewandte Form eingeschlossen oder, aus dieser Form bereits gelöscht, bei abgehobenem Deckel d in die Schleudertrommel eingesetzt, worauf man den Deckel d auf den Trommelrand aufdichtet, oder aber man kann auch die irgendwie gestalteten Formen in die Schleudertrommel einsetzen und hierauf in diese die breiige Zuckerfüllmasse einfüllen oder hineinschleudern. Nun wird der Grünsyrup abgeschleudert und mittelst des Fangrohres r aus der Schleudertrommel entfernt; hierauf oder zu gleicher Zeit giebt man in die Schleudertrommel Deckflüssigkeit und schleudert sie in die Zuckermasse hinein (wobei auch Dampfdecke oder irgend welche Wasserdecke verwendet werden kann), worauf wieder mittelst des Fangrohres r das vollständige Ausschleudern der Deckflüssigkeit erfolgt.
