Description

Schalldämpfer für Kompressionskältemaschinen Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Schalldämpfer, der in eine an einem Kompressor angeschlossene Leitung eingebaut ist. Es ist bekannt, solche Schalldämpfer aus zwei Blechen herzustellen, die am Rande durch Schweißurig miteinander verbunden sind und in welche die der Kältemittelführung dienenden Kanäle ieiggedrückt sind. Es ist auch schon eine Anordnung bekannt, bei. der zwei Schalldämpfer verwendet sind, welche in die Leitungen zwischen Kompressor und Kondensator und zwischen Verdampfer und Kompressor eingebaut sind. In diesem Falle sind beide Schalldämpfer zu einer baulichen Einheit zusammengefaßt und laus zwei. durch Schweißurig miteinander verbundenen Blechen hergestellt. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Schalldämpfer, der ebenfalls ;aus zwei durch Schweißung zusammengefügten Blechen hergestellt ist. Erfindungsgemäß sind die beiden Bleche des Schalldämpfers so ,ausgebildet, daß sie als Ventilplattendeckel des Kompressors dienen. Auf diese Weise wird ein besonderer Ventilpllattendeckelerspart und die gesamte Kon-@struktion eines Kolbenkompressors mit zugehäri,gem Schalldämpfer wesentlich vereinfacht. Man wird den als Ventilplattendeckel ausgebildeten Schalldämpfer vorzugsweisse zweiteilig ausführen, derart, daß der eine Teil. in die vorm Kompressor zum Kondensator führende Kältemittelleitung und der zweite Teil in die vom Verdampfer zum Kompressor führende Kältemittelleitungeingebaut ist.
