Den Gegenstand dieses Zusatz-Patentes bildet eine auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung in Fig. 1 in der Ansicht und in Fig. 2 im Grundrifs dargestellte Ausführungsform der durch Haupt-Patent geschützten Maschine, bei welcher das Gewebe in sich wiederholenden Zwischenräumen von den Druckwalzen abgehoben wird, um es behufs Herstellung von Schärpen, Shawls u. dergl. Wenn sich die Walzen drehen, kommen die Ketten mit ihren Knaggen d d¹ unter Hebel e e¹ und heben mittelst derselben eine quer unter dem Gewebe h über die ganze Maschinenbreite reichende Stange bezw. g g^l, welche durch Arme g² mit einer den Hebel bezw. e e^l tragenden Welle bezw. ff¹ zusammenhängt und somit auch das Gewebe h, und zwar so hoch, dafs es von der betreffenden Druckwalze a bezw. a^l so lange abgehoben wird, bis der betreffende Knaggen unter dem Hebel durchgegangen ist, worauf die wieder sinkende Stange die Wiederauflage des Gewebes auf die Druckwalze zur Folge hat.
