Fräulein HELENE SPERL in AMBERG (Oberpfalz). Miss HELENE SPERL in AMBERG (Upper Palatinate). Rotary bodies suitable for knocking over cones and rolling in a spiral line.
Zusatz zum Patente Ju 67929 vom 25. Februar 1892.Addition to the patent Ju 67929 of February 25, 1892.
Patentirt im Deutschen Reiche vom 27. Januar 1893 ab. Längste Dauer: 24. Februar 1907.Patented in the German Empire on January 27, 1893. Longest duration: February 24, 1907.
It has been shown that the peculiarity of rolling in a spiral line is not only peculiar to those bodies of revolution which consist of a half hollow body and half a solid body, but that these bodies of revolution, as illustrated in the accompanying drawing in FIGS. 1 to 4 can also consist of two solid bodies, the parts of which α b have different specific gravity. Likewise, both parts α and b can be hollow and have the same specific gravity if, as shown in FIG. 2, they have different wall thicknesses. Finally, the solid body can also consist of a mass (FIG. 3) in which a small body c of greater or lesser specific gravity is located outside the center point.
