Description

Hard paper for electrotechnical purposes In the manufacture of hard paper, which, as is known, by superposing resins, in particular synthetic resins, Soaked sheets of paper are glued together under pressure and heat Starting materials are of decisive importance for the value of the end product.

According to the invention -, verden to build hard paper for electrotechnical Purposes paper sheets are used, which are spun from cellulose fibers and mechanically torn pieces of waste are produced again without a bleaching process. This will the advantage achieved that unsorted cotton rags for the production of all fertilizers of the paper can be used. As a result, the previously little usable dark rags put to a new use. This is especially for the raw materials economy is an advantage that should not be underestimated. By omitting the Bleaching process of the rags or the semi-finished paper product obtained therefrom no stress on the paper product by the chemical bleaching agents and thereby the avoidance of -electrolytes, which lower the insulation values, while at the same time Maintaining the strength of the fibers. It is therefore also in failure, that you have to use large amounts of water, if necessary, the bleaching electrolyte to wash out again, which in most cases, despite the great effort, is not leads completely to the goal. The paper used according to the invention has. one natural gray mixed color. It is due to the discontinuation of the bleaching process of Significantly greater mechanical strength than a bleached one produced accordingly Paper. The production of the end product results in an unexpectedly uniform, almost black surface color of the hard paper. The manufactured according to the invention Hard paper has a higher insulation value than the one on the 'base made of bleached paper and at the same time better insulation values than the black hard paper that is otherwise subsequently colored in the mass.

It has already been proposed to produce pressed bodies in such a way that that to layers (webs, panels, fabrics, fleeces, felts o. The like.) and arranged with binders treated fibrous materials fiberized and the fiberized Masses are pressed into pressed bodies. So here we are dealing with pressed bodies, but not about the hard papers stuck together from sheets of paper, their production method and areas of application are different.

The hard paper produced according to the invention is particularly suitable for the isolation in the field of telecommunication technology, which meets the highest requirements to such hard papers.
