Claims (19)
1. Verfahren zum Verabreichen eines antineoplastischen Mittels einem Krebspatienten,
der sich einer Ganzkörper-Hyperthermie unterzieht, wobei bevor, während oder nachdem dem Patienten das antineoplastische Mittel verabreicht ist,
die Körpertemperatur des Patienten bis zu einem Maximum von ungefähr 41,8°C in einer befeuchteten Umgebung angehoben wird,
wobei die Verbesserung Aussetzen des Patienten einer Strahlungswärme, die
von einer gebogenen Oberfläche abgegeben ist, die durch ein Fluid aufgeheizt ist, aufweist.
2. Verfahren zum Verabreichen eines antineoplastischen Mittels einem Krebspatienten,
der sich einer Ganzkörper-Hyperthermie unterzieht, nach Anspruch 1,
wobei die gebogene Oberfläche eine Temperatur besitzt, die nicht 600C
übersteigt.
3. Verfahren zum Verabreichen eines antineoplastischen Mittels einem Krebspatienten,
der sich einer Ganzkörper-Hyperthermie unterzieht, nach Anspruch 1,
wobei die gebogene Oberfläche einen Oberflächenbereich 1,57 mal größer als
eine nicht-gebogene, glatte Oberfläche besitzt.
4. Verfahren zum Verabreichen eines antineoplastischen Mittels einem Krebspatienten,
der sich einer Ganzkörper-Hyperthermie unterzieht, nach Anspruch 1,
wobei das Fluid Wasser ist.
5. Verfahren zum Verabreichen eines antineoplastischen Mittels einem Krebspatienten,
der sich einer Ganzkörper-Hyperthermie unterzieht, nach Anspruch 1,
wobei das Fluid Öl ist.

6. Verfahren zum Verabreichen eines antineoplastischen Mittels einem Krebspatienten,
der sich einer Ganzkörper-Hyperthermie unterzieht, nach Anspruch 1,
wobei die Oberfläche Kupfer ist.
7. Verfahren zum Verabreichen eines antineoplastischen Mittels einem Krebspatienten,
der sich einer Ganzkörper-Hyperthermie unterzieht, nach Anspruch 1, wobei das antineoplastische Mittel ein Modifikator für die biologische Antwort
ist.
8. Verfahren zum Verabreichen eines antineoplastischen Mittels einem Krebspatienten,
der sich einer Ganzkörper-Hyperthermie unterzieht, nach Anspruch 7, wobei der Modifikator für die biologische Antwort ein Interferon ist.
9. Verfahren zum Verabreichen eines antineoplastischen Mittels einem Krebspatienten,
der sich einer Ganzkörper-Hyperthermie unterzieht, nach Anspruch 7, wobei der Modifikator für die biologische Antwort ein Tumornekrosefaktor ist.
10. Verfahren zum Verabreichen eines antineoplastischen Mittels einem Krebspatienten,
der sich einer Ganzkörper-Hyperthermie unterzieht, nach Anspruch 1,
wobei das antineoplastische Mittel ein chemotherapeutisches Mittel ist.
11. Verfahren zum Verabreichen eines antineoplastischen Mittels einem Krebspatienten,
der sich einer Ganzkörper-Hyperthermie unterzieht, nach Anspruch 1,
wobei das antineoplastische Mittel Strahlung ist.
12. Vorrichtung zur Ganzkörper-Hyperthermie zum Anheben der Körpertemperatur
eines Patienten bis zu einem Maximum von 41,80C in einer befeuchteten Umgebung,
umfassend eine Einrichtung, um Strahlungswärme von einer Oberfläche zu emittieren, wobei die Verbesserung aufweist, daß Strahlungswärme von
der Oberfläche, die durch ein Fluid aufgeheizt ist, emittiert wird.
13. Vorrichtung zum Anheben der Körpertemperatur eines Patienten bis zu einem
Maximum von 41,80C in einer befeuchteten Umgebung nach Anspruch 12, wobei
die Temperatur der Oberfläche nicht 600C übersteigt.

14. Vorrichtung zum Anheben der Körpertemperatur eines Patienten bis zu einem
Maximum von 41,8°C in einer befeuchteten Umgebung nach Anspruch 12, wobei die Oberfläche gebogen ist.
15. Vorrichtung zum Anheben der Körpertemperatur eines Patienten bis zu einem
Maximum von 41,8°C in einer befeuchteten Umgebung nach Anspruch 12, wobei
die gebogene Oberfläche einen Oberflächenbereich 1,57 mal größer als eine
nicht-gebogene, glatte Oberfläche hat.
16. Vorrichtung zum Anheben der Körpertemperatur eines Patienten bis zu einem
Maximum von 41,80C in einer befeuchteten Umgebung nach Anspruch 12, wobei
das Fluid Wasser ist.
17. Vorrichtung zum Anheben der Körpertemperatur eines Patienten bis zu einem
Maximum von 41,80C in einer befeuchteten Umgebung nach Anspruch 12, wobei
das Fluid Öl ist.
18. Vorrichtung zum Anheben der Körpertemperatur eines Patienten bis zu einem
Maximum von 41,80C in einer befeuchteten Umgebung nach Anspruch 12, wobei
das Fluid in Gegenströmungen fließt.
19. Vorrichtung zum Anheben der Körpertemperatur eines Patienten bis zu einem
Maximum von 41,80C in einer befeuchteten Umgebung nach Anspruch 12, wobei
die Oberfläche Kupfer ist.
