Das Wesentliche und Neuartige der Erfindung ist die feste Verbindung der strahlenempfindlichen Meßvorrichtung mit dem Strahlenfilter. Dadurch wird verhindert, daß eine Dosisumessung ohne das bei der Bestrahlung, Durchleuchtung oder Aufnahme zur Verwendung gelangende Filter vorgenommen wird. Z. B. kann bei Verwendung eines Kupferfilters die lichtempfindliche Schicht unmittelbar auf dem Kupfer aufgetragen werden; dabei kann die Halbleiterschicht, in der der Photostrom bei Belichtung entsteht, in an sich bekannter Weise mit fluoreszerender Substanz beiderseits bestrichen oder homogen vermischt werden. Der durch Strahlung erzeugte Strom wird nach einem weiteren Merkmal der Erfindung z. B. mittels Spezialstecker in einem einpoligen abgeschirmten Kabel, Rückleitung durch Erde, voll der Röntgenröhre an den Schalttisch geleitet, wo er mit einem Instrument gemessen wird. Der Spezialstecker kann so eingerichtet sein, daß eine Inbetriebnahme des Röntgenapparates ohne Einschaltung des Filterstroms unmöglich ist. Damit ist eine Bestrahlung, Durchleuchtung oder Aufnahme ohne Filter und ebenso eine Bestrahlung, Durchleuchtung oder Aufnahme ohne Dosismessung ausgeschlossen.
