Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Kleiderbügel aus Holz, Kunststoff oder Draht.The invention relates to a clothes hanger made of wood, plastic or wire.

Die bekannten Kleiderbügel dieser Art bestehen aus einem der Schulter- und gegebenenfalls auch der unteren Halsform angepassten Bügel und einem an dem Halsstück befestigten Aufhängehaken. Beim Abnehmen der auf diesem Bügel aufgehängten Kleidungsstücke wird dieser üblicherweise aus seiner lotrechten Hängelage herausgeschwenkt und das Kleidungsstück von diesem Bügel abgezogen. Dabei kann es vorkommen, daß sich der Haken dieses Bügels von der Kleiderstange löst und der Kleiderbügel herunterfällt. Es ist schon vorgeschlagen worden, an der Stelle des Hakens eine die Form einer Zange aufweisende quergeteilte Öse vorzusehen, die durch Federkraft geschlossen gehalten und nur durch Überwinden dieser Kraft geöffnet wird, wodurch der Bügel von der Kleiderstange gelöst werden kann. Diese Aufhängevorrichtung ist jedoch aufwendig und unhandlich. Es ist auch schon bekannt, den Aufhängehaken durch eine geschlossene Öse zu ersetzen, um zu vermeiden, daß in Gasthöfen oder Massenquartieren die Kleiderbügel von den Gästen mitgenommen werden. Es hat sich indessen herausgestellt, daß das Ablegen der Kleidungsstücke auf diese bei den beengten Platzverhältnissen der Hotelschränke umständlich und zeitraubend ist. Wenn der Kleiderbügel für Kleiderkonfektionsgeschäfte aber auch für Haushalte od. dgl. bestimmt ist, in denen das Abnehmen des Kleiderbügels samt dem Kleidungsstück unerlässlich ist, kann oberhalb der Aufhängestelle 4 ein schräg nach innen verlaufender randoffener Schlitz 13 angeordnet werden, dessen inneres Ende 14 halbkreisförmig gestaltet ist und dessen Krümmungsmittelpunkt auf der Höhe 11 des Dreiecks liegt. Hierdurch läßt sich der Kleiderbügel mittels des Schlitzes 13 auf die Kleiderstange des Konfektionsständers oder Schrankes aufschieben, wobei er infolge des auf der Höhe 11 liegenden abgerundeten Schlitzendes 14 auf der Kleiderstange stets die lotrechte Hängelage einnimmt. Dieser Schlitz kann in allen drei schenkelartigen Teilen 12 des Kleiderbügels vorgesehen werden und dafür der zentrale Ausschnitt 6 entfallen. Es ist selbstverständlich auch möglich den Ausschnitt 6 trotzdem zu belassen. Der Kleiderbügel kann erfindungsgemäß auch aus Draht vorzugsweise verchromten Stahldraht oder aus einem anderen Material hergestellt werden und zwar sowohl in einer von der Kleiderstange unabnehmbaren als auch in einer auf diese aufsteckbaren Ausbildung bzw. auch in beiden Ausfertigungen. Im ersten Fall ist im Innern des die äußere Umrissform aufweisenden Drahtes 15 ein weiterer in sich geschlossener Draht 16 der die Form eines gleichseitigen Dreiecks mit abgerundeten Ecken und konkaven Seiten aufweist und dessen Seiten gegenüber des Umrissdreiecks einen kleineren Krümmungsradius hat sowie dessen Höhen etwa die halbe Länge der Dreieckshöhen der Umrissform aufweisen und der mittels Stege 17 am äußeren Draht 15 befestigt ist. Im zweitgenannten Fall ist an der Stelle des im ersten Fall vorgesehenen inneren Drahtes 16 oberhalb dessen Aufhängestelle 4 der äußere Draht 15 u-förmig nach innen so gebogen, daß ein schräg zur Dreieckshöhe verlaufender randoffener Schlitz 13 entsteht, dessen Weite dem Durchmesser der üblichen Kleiderstangen von Schränken angepasst ist und dessen inneres Ende mit einem auf der zugeordneten Dreieckshöhe liegenden Krümmungsmittelpunkt abgerundet ist. Die Ausbildung des Kleiderbügels aus Kunststoff entspricht in seiner Formgebung der des Kleiderbügels aus Holz. In diesem Fall wird der Kleiderbügel durch Spritzen des Kunststoffes in eine Form erhalten. Dieser Bügel kann auch hohl ausgebildet und hierzu aus zwei ineinander steckbaren oder an eine der schweißbaren Hohlschalen bestehen.
