Abstract

The present invention relates to a reclosable stopper (1) for bottles, realised by plastic material approved for containment of foods, and comprised of a substantially cylindrical body, closed at the top and provided with a thickened portion coupling with a corresponding thickened portion (5) on the neck of the bottle (6), said substantially cylindrical body being divided in two parts, respectively upper (3) and lower (2) part, joined by a pre-established breaking or fracturation line (4), said upper part (3), removable and applicable again on the bottle (6) after the fracturation of said line, internally providing an engagement projecting element (7) having a substantially cylindrical cross-section coupling with the opening provided on the top of the bottle (6) neck. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf wiederverschließbare Verschlüsse aus Plastikmaterial, insbesondere für Weinflaschen. Speziell bezieht sich die Erfindung auf einen Verschluß der obengenannten Art, welcher für jegliche Art von Wein, selbst für wertvollste oder auch andere Weine benutzt werden kann und alle Probleme löst, die im Zusammenhang mit dem Verschließen der Flasche und späterem Wiederöffnen nach dem ersten Öffnen und teilweisen Verbrauch des Inhalts entstehen.The invention relates to resealable closures made of plastic material, in particular for wine bottles. Bekanntermaßen werden derzeit die meisten Flaschen, insbesondere solche, die Flüssigkeiten wie Wein oder andere Getränke enthalten, mit einem Korken verschlossen, oder weniger oft und für weniger wichtige Fälle mit Aluminiumschraubdeckeln. Die letztere Lösung ist die weniger gebräuchliche, sei es aus praktischen Gründen oder wegen der Gewährleistung der Erhaltung Geruchs/Geschmacks-Eigenschaften des Flascheninhalts. Das sicherlich am meisten benutzte System arbeitet mit Korkverschlüssen. Bekanntermaßen hat diese Verschlußart drei spezielle Probleme. Erstens ist das Einsetzen in die Flasche ziemlich problematisch und erfordert spezielle Geräte. Zweitens kann sehr häufig, insbesondere nach langer Aufbewahrungszeit der vollen Flasche, ihr Inhalt einen unerwünschten Korkgeschmack annehmen. Dieser Nachteil ist für den Verbraucher absolut unakzeptabel, insbesondere wenn es sich um sehr wertvolle Weine handelt, so daß der Flascheninhalt nicht mehr trinkbar ist. Wenn schließlich ein Korken erst einmal herausgezogen ist, läßt sich die Flasche nicht leicht wieder verschließen, und es ist oft notwendig, seine Form zu beschneiden, um zu versuchen, ihn erneut in den Flaschenhals hineinzustecken, oder man muß andere Lösungen suchen.As is well known, most bottles, especially those containing liquids such as wine or other beverages, are currently closed with a cork or, less frequently and for less important cases, with aluminium screw caps. Als erstes besteht die Aufgabe der Erfindung in der Schaffung eines Stopfens für den Verschluß von Flaschen, welcher nach dem erstmaligen Öffnen und teilweisen Verbrauch des Inhalts ein Wiederverschließen der Flasche erlaubt. Eine weitere Aufgabe der Erfindung ist die Schaffung eines Verschlusses, welcher durch eine einfache Handhabung an der Flasche angebracht werden kann. Eine Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht außerdem in der Schaffung eines Flaschenverschlusses, der äußerst einfach und preiswert benutzt werden kann. Noch eine Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht schließlich in der Schaffung eines Stopfens für den Verschluß von Flaschen, der aus billigem Material besteht und die geruch- und geschmacklichen Eigenschaften des Inhaltes nicht verändert.Firstly, the object of the invention is to create a stopper for closing bottles which allows the bottle to be re-closed after it has been opened for the first time and the contents have been partially consumed. In den Zeichnungen ist ein bekannter Stopfen 1 mit einem unteren Teil 2 und einem oberen Teil 3 (siehe Fig. 2) gezeigt. Anfänglich sind die beiden Teile 2 und 3 des Stopfens 1 längs einer in Fig. 3 gut zu sehenden Sollbruchlinie 4 miteinander verbunden. Auch wenn es die Figuren nicht zeigen, kann der an der Flasche sitzende untere Teil 2 sich unten erweitern, so daß der Stopfen leichter auf die Flasche 6 aufgesetzt werden kann. Ferner kann der Stopfen 1, wie bereits gesagt, an seiner Außenseite verrippt oder gebördelt sein, so daß man ihn besser greifen kann. Die Sollbruchlinie 4 ist am Stopfen 1 in Übereinstimmung mit einer Erweiterung 5 angeordnet, die einer ähnlichen Erweiterung am Hals der Flasche 6 entspricht. Innerhalb des oberen Teils 3 des Stopfens 1 ist ein im wesentlichen zylindrisches Element 7 vorgesehen, welches in die Halsöffnung der Flasche 6 paßt.
