verschiedene Wege beschreiten. Beispielsweise zeigen Abb. i bis q.
Self-isolating transmission line cable, in which between a core and a clad cable, a gap is additive to Patent 670 36 = In Patent 670 362 is a composed of several layers of self-damping overhead conductors of two metals, such as aluminum and steel, described, consisting of a core rope and a . self-supporting, the core rope concentrically or approximately concentrically surrounding the sheath rope, between which, even in the laid state, there is a small gap, which is dimensioned such that vibrations of the core and sheath rope through shock losses dampen against each other along the entire rope. These ropes are full ropes. If one were to leave out the small, ring-shaped hollow space provided with regard to the freedom from vibration of the rope, the diameter of the rope would only be a fraction of a millimeter smaller, assuming the same wire cross-section. An enlargement of the diameter to the extent that it would have an effect on reducing the corona losses does not occur through this small annular cavity in overhead line cables according to the main patent. a. It may be desirable to also manufacture hollow ropes, that is to say those ropes which, with regard to corona losses, have a larger diameter than solid ropes of the same conductive cross section, in a vibration-free design. This cannot simply be achieved by providing a large cavity between the core rope and the sheath rope in the rope according to the main patent, because in a self-damping rope the gap between the two parts of the rope may only be small due to shock losses . _ In order to be able to manufacture hollow ropes for overhead line systems in a vibration-free, self-damping design, different approaches can be taken. For example, Figs. I to q show. Versions of vibration-free, self-damping hollow ropes, in which the core rope is designed as a hollow rope to create the space required to increase the diameter.
(Abb. 4).In the case of Zen versions according to Fig. i to a must use the sheath rope as a
self-supporting
Rope run while the core rope
is also designed as a self-supporting rope (Fig. i to 3)
or has a support structure inside to support the wires stranded around it
(Fig. 4).
flache Profildrähteg gebildet ist; e be-
Fig. I shows the cross-section of a vibration-free, self-damping hollow rope, in which the self-supporting core rope a consists of round wires with a short lay length and a fairly large cross-section; b is the small annular space provided with regard to vibration damping, and c is used to denote the stranding layers of the self-supporting sheathed rope: Figure 2 shows the cross-section of a self-damping, vibration-free hollow rope, in which the hollow core rope is self-supporting and with a groove and spring interlocking flat profile wire web is formed; e f loading indicated the slight clearance between the core rope and twisted rope, the wedge wires also made provided with tongue and groove can be made.
Fig.3 shows a similar design as Fig. 2, only using
of wedge-shaped wires for the hollow core rope. Instead of the wedge-shaped wires
Z-shaped wires can also be used in the manner of those for sealed armouring of cables
be used.
besteht.Fig. 4 shows another embodiment of a vibration-free, self-damping one
Hollow rope, in which the hollow core rope consists of wires twisted around a support spiral
consists.
