Bracing device for high voltage fuses with spring balancer and
Holding wire high-voltage fuses, which 'have two fusible conductors; are
respectively. arranged so that the: a low resistance conductor. or great conductivity
while the other has high resistance: In the case of fuses with a tear spring
the fuse wire with high resistance is at the same time holding wire and also exists
Made of high strength material.
With both types of fuses, the wire will have a high resistance
used as a resistor pre-stage for the shutdown process.
dabei ebenfalls auf einem Isolierrohr, jedoch mit kleinem Durchmesser, .aufgewickelt;
The invention now relates to a tensioning device for high-voltage fuses
with spring balancer and retaining wire on one for the shutdown and for the actual
Execution favorable 'form, ii.ärnlich on the arrangement of the holding wire within
of the fusible wire wound on an insulating tube. The tether is
also wound on an insulating tube, but with a small diameter;
as Fig. i shows; .-desolate, but guided over roles, like the Pig. 2 shows. It
were able to use this invention, which were subjected to high tensile stress in the fastening of the
and the difficulties arising in the resistance of artificially raised holding wire are resolved
and the invention can be made applicable to practice.
In Fig. I the arrangement is made such that on the arc head
5 'an insulating barrel: rp-er 18 sits around. which the resistance wire 8 in .tight turns
@ is applied and to which it is held with the help of pins or grooves.
Over this pipe 18 is at a certain distance - the second pipe is pushed z g,
so that. you can fill the intermediate room with powdered extinguishing agent. the
Tubes 18 and i g can just as well be attached to the upper arc head 6.
In this version, the fuse wire runs around the cylinder i g in turns.
Rolle z i.
sonstigem Material be-
stehen.
untere Lchtbogenkopf 5 kann durch die Feder ¢ nach unten gezogen werden.2 shows a further arrangement, namely the arcing heads 5 and 6 each carry an insulating piece 20 and 22, respectively. Rollers 21 and 23 are fastened to these insulating pieces, over which the holding wire 8 is guided; that the. Effect of a pulley system arises and the retaining wire is only stressed with its part of the spring pull. As a result, the diameter can become smaller, its length larger and its resistance higher. In FIG. 2, the retaining wire goes from the suspension part 24 via the lower roller 2r to the upper roller 23, to the lower roller 2 i, to the upper roller 23, to a fastening point 26. 26 is connected to m: i, t 5 in a conductive manner. The roles can see, so made of insulating material. However, if the lower roller 2 1 is made of conductive material and is conductively connected to the arc head 5, the retaining wire only needs to be partially made of conductive material, namely from the suspension 24 to the lower roller z i. The rest of the part it came from insulating thread or some other material stand. The whole arrangement sits in. 'the',.
Tube 25; and outside of it
the fuse wire. The tube 2 5 is from emtt
second tube 27 surrounded.
When responding. of the fuse under the conditions described above, the fuse wire melts first, then the current goes through the holding wire, which is made extremely long and therefore has a high resistance, which produces a great choke effect. After the retaining wire has melted, the spring ¢ is released, and the lower arc head 5 can be pulled down by the spring ¢.
