Cashier for table coin operated telephones, in which the coin held in an intermediate position is cashed after the end of the call or returned if the call has not taken place, are known. The invention relates to such a device for a payphone, in which the coin is inevitably moved into an intermediate position without a fall path due to the low overall height of such an apparatus by external influence of the speaking guest. The invention consists in the automatic transport of the coin from the coin channel into the intermediate layer by triggering an energy storage mechanism when the dial is adjusted. When the receiver is placed on the fork carriage, a spring-loaded coin conveying lever is tensioned and held in this position on its extension by a cam disk on the axis of the number disk. The dial, which is turned to transmit the dialing pulses, releases the coin conveying lever, whereby the coin previously inserted into the channel is automatically conveyed to the intermediate position.

Ausschnitt i i des Münzkanals i steht.

gegen die Halteplatte 2 i.
Fig. I shows a view of the coin cashing device, partially in section, Fig. 2 - a side view of the coin cashing device according to FIG. The coin channel i extends to immediately below the only indicated housing cap 2 with the eject slot 3. A neck bearing q. carries the fork carriage 5 for receiving the receiver, not shown. In the drawing (Fig. I), the fork carriage is shown in the loaded position, i.e. in the rest position. The fork carriage has a collar 6 that connects to the locking lever? and the coin delivery lever 8 is engaged. Both levers 7 and. 8 are rotatably mounted on the axis 9. At the other end, the coin conveying lever 8 carries a curved plate io with which, in its rest position, is in a cutout ii of the coin channel i. He retains this position even after lifting the handset from the fork carriage 5, since he engages on the hook-shaped extension 14 behind a cam disk i 5 on the axis 6 of the dial, which holds him in place, although the tensioned spring 13 is anxious; him on the arm iz around the axis 9 in the direction of the coin channel. i twist. A einger in the channel i toss coin 17 is held by the entering in the top of the coin passage levers 1 8 under load fork carriage. 5 It is rotatably mounted on the axis 19 and is under the influence of a pin 2o attached to the fork carriage, which swings it out of the channel after the fork carriage is relieved: the coin then falls onto the holding plate 21, where it is held at its edges by springs 22 (Fig. 3), which are slightly bent towards each other at their ends 23. At the same time is the collar 6 also the locking lever? free; which swings into the return channel 1 ä4 in preparation. By pulling up the number disk, the cam disk 15 releases the coin conveying lever 8 on the extension 14. The spring 13 pivots the coin conveying lever 8 around the axis 9, the plate io the coin 17 after overcoming the springs 22, 23, the edge 25 bent up on the retaining plate 21 and a pre-jump 26 on the lever 27 and after lifting the contact spring set 18 into the channel 24. The coin 17 is supported on the catwalk z9, and the contact set 28 is opened so that now the dialing pulses can be sent to the voters of the office. The catwalk 29 is rotatably suspended from the axis 9 by the bands 3o. A bracket 31 connects the belts with one another and is under the flow of the armature 32 of the cashier magnet 33. A spring @ 34 holds the catwalk 29 in the rest position against the holding plate 2 i. The walkway 29 can only be moved away from this when the cashier magnet 33 is excited. However, the coin cannot follow this movement because it is prevented from doing so by the fixed channel wall 35 and thereby slides off the catwalk 29 and falls into the cassette. 36. A tab 37 which freely gnaws through the opening 38 in the upper part of the catwalk 29 'carries the. Channel wall 35 .. After the catwalk 29 has been pivoted into its working position, a hook 4o of the lever z7 occurs behind the upper part 39 and holds the catwalk 29 on it until the next coin has been inserted until the lever27 on the projection 26 up raises that the hook 4o releases the catwalk 29 again. The spring 34 then pushes the catwalk 29 back into the starting position. This ensures that the repeated use of a coin to set up several calls, e.g. the device tipping over, is prevented. Another lever 41 mounted on the axis g works together with the blocking magnet, not shown, in a known manner.
The operation of the coin-operated coin-operated telephone
is as follows: Inserting a coin to establish a voice connection can be done at

In this operating state, the coin 17 cannot roll on the inclined catwalk 29,
since it is prevented from doing so by the locking lever17 that has penetrated the canal,
which became free after the fork carriage 5 was triggered and could enter here.
The coin from the now taken can also tip over the table apparatus
