Drehrohrofen zum Brennen, Caleinieren, Rösten und Sintern von Gut
aller Art Die Erfindung betrifft einen Drehrohrofen zum Brennen, Calcinieren, Rösten
und Sintern von Gut aller Art.Rotary kiln for firing, calining, roasting and sintering goods
of all kinds The invention relates to a rotary kiln for burning, calcining and roasting
and sintering of all kinds of goods.
ins Freie entweichen. It has already been proposed to install a rotary kiln
divide a longitudinal wall into two parts, for example, in order to increase the furnace performance
to increase. Such a device in which there are two in the inlet part of the furnace
self-contained chambers are formed, but has a usable result
in practice or to an increase in performance of the furnace, since the
heat contained in the exhaust gases is not sufficiently retained within the furnace itself
could be. Although: the suggestion of heat exchange bodies in the form of walls
or arranging bridges in the furnace was good in itself, so there could be advantages in
not be brought about to a sufficient extent by this. Back then, technology had that
There is no knowledge that the heat exchange body is not in the form of a continuous
Long wall may have, because the amount of heat of the fire gases unhindered and useless
escape into the open.
It has also been proposed to split the longitudinal wall into several parts
and now to arrange the individual parts or bridges offset one behind the other.
This arrangement is good in terms of heat transfer from the gases to the property
considerably better. The gases collide with the various internals and become so
distracted and constantly mixed.
i oo° C verlassen.
In contrast, the novelty of the invention is that the fire
or radiation bridges at such short intervals one behind the other in the form of a helix
be arranged, -that they conduct the passing gases and force them
give a twisting motion. These radiation bridges can come from the inlet zone

will. This has the consequence that the gases are in a helical motion
offset, whereby the heat transfer to the internals and from there to the
Good is still further improved. Apart from that, it's just a consequence of the in
Radiation bridges arranged at short distances one behind the other in the form of a helical line,
that any build-up in the furnace is avoided, because the affected with heat
treated firing material reaches the sintering zone in a better prepared condition. The fire gases
are in such an arrangement of the radiation bridges on their way through
the furnace collide with these radiation bridges in different places and
so forced to give off their heat practically completely, so that they run the furnace with about
Leave i oo ° C. Hand in hand with this heat dissipation goes the advantage that the
Heat from the gases is absorbed by all layers of the material to be fired, since the material is in the
