Description
Oil firing, especially for tubular steam boilers with intermittent operation The invention relates to oil firing systems, in particular for tubular steam boilers with intermittent operation in which the burners consist of atomizing nozzles, which project coaxially into an ignition chamber each containing an ignition device, the is surrounded by a screen and guide device, which the incoming air in a The gently flowing first air stream entering the ignition chamber and a guide device surrounding secondary air flow divided.
Such firing systems and burner devices are already known. But should these be difficult to ignite with coal tar oils or similar Fuels are operated, so is proper fuel ignition, in particular when using small combustion chambers and in intermittent operation, such as. B. is recorded in vehicle tube high-speed evaporators, difficult to achieve. In order to remedy these difficulties, the invention proposes instead a single burner of the type described above to provide two such burners, the one lying above or below the boiler, horizontally mounted circular Blow out the fire box and mirror it to the vertical longitudinal center plane this firebox are arranged so that their axes are tangent to a circle whose Radius is slightly smaller than that of the fire box, and that the fuel gases developed by them flow against each other inside this can. on in fact, this way becomes a particularly good one which promotes fuel ignition Oil and air mixing achieved as well as a mitigation serving the same purpose the first air speed over that achieved by the screen and guide device Level reached. In addition, the burner arrangement described gives the advantage a particularly uniform fuel gas distribution over the entire cross-section of the heated boiler o. The like., whereby a good heat transfer to the boiler tubes or the working medium flowing through these pipes can be achieved. Here recommends the radius of the firebox and that of the burner axes affected So that the difference between these two radiuses is equal to the Radius of the burner outlet into the firebox is. Those leading to the burners Air and fuel lines can also be designed and connected in the manner of a trouser tube each connected to a common conveying device for the air and the fuel be, or it Both burners can be used for different purposes Fuels also with separate conveying devices, at least for: fuel, be equipped. If the latter is the case, for example two: fuels different ignitability: are used, in which case the one burner, the better igniting fuel processed, the auxiliary pilot flame for the other Brenner delivers. One also ensures that when one or the other is switched off Burner by this in a known manner also continues to be a corresponding one Air flow fed to the fire box and thus a flashback of the flame into the turned off burner is prevented, the remains despite the single-flame operation good swirling of the mixture is guaranteed without any special, only short service life own baffles or baffles, as they are known in 'similar, with only one Burner-equipped systems in the firebox are required. The flame emerging from the fire box has no special one in this case either More swirl, but it emerges evenly from the combustion chamber upwards or downwards below so that the upper boiler and superheater are evenly pressurized.
The drawing shows an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention shown schematically in section.
The oil-firing system shown, which is used to heat a steam generator d with a circular fire box b, consists of two burner devices c and d, which are arranged in mirror image to the vertical longitudinal center plane I = I of the fire box and whose axes II-II and III-III run tangentially to form a circle whose radius r is slightly smaller than that R of the firebox. Both burners each have a fuel nozzle e or f as well as a shield and guide device consisting of funnels - ' , g "or h', h" and an ignition device each formed by electrodes i and k. All these burner parts are arranged in relation to the fire box b in such a way that the inflamed mixture is already ignited by the time it enters this room.
The air supply lines l and in the burner are designed in the manner of a Y-pipe and are connected to a main pipe n. In a similar way, the fuel feeds o and p are also sialed out like a trouser tube and connected to a riser pipe q at their junction. Of course, as already mentioned, two completely separate fuel and air feed lines o, p and 1, an can also be provided, each of which is operated by a conveying device. This configuration is particularly useful when driving with fuels of different properties.
The evolved combustion gases fill the fire box b, as shown, almost fully-``that and penetrate each other well to finally get in the middle the fire box up or down into the actual boiler room of the vaporizer to flow away. When driving with only one burner, as already mentioned, the arrangement can be made so that by the shutdown burner still a corresponding amount of air from the fire box or from the other burner Mixture is fed, so that the parked burner device from scorching or the like is preserved.
Instead of arranging the burners as a mirror image of each other and in relation to the vertical boiler longitudinal center plane II, as shown, that their axes II-II and III-III diverge towards the combustion chamber, the burners c and d can also be placed so that their axes after your room b to go together.
