Diese Voraussetzungen können nun aber durch die Praxis nicht erfüllt werden, und es war daher eine Einrichtung erforderlich, welche es ermöglicht, die Wirkung der Luftbremse dem zur Verwendung kommenden Saatkasten und dem jeweiligen Kolbengange entsprechend einstellen zu können. Zu diesem Zwecke ist der Umlaufkanal E mit einer Nabe e ausgestattet, die durchbohrt und mit Gewinde versehen ist, welches zum Auf- und Abbewegen der mit der Handhabe F versehenen Stellschraube f dient. Der untere Theil dieser Stellschraube ist so abgedreht, dafs er bei vollständig niedergeschraubter Stellschraube F den Umlaufkanal E verschliefst, diesen Kanal dagegen desto weiter freigiebt, je weiter die Stellschraube F aus der Nabe e herausgeschraubt ist.The bearing block D is attached to the leg M of the seed drill.
