KAISERLICHESIMPERIAL PATENTAMT.PATENT OFFICE. The innovation achieves the safest and most complete circulation of water and consequently produces very vigorous evaporation. It is characterized by the upper end of the front chamber that supplies the water to the inner tubes and the connection of the lower space of this chamber with the rear end of the upper boiler through return pipes. Due to the special arrangement, the resulting vapor bubbles are always completely and easily removed from the outer pipe system. It is also a backflow of water secured from the water collector to all inner pipes of the front box system, so that never in the latter system a harmful accumulation which interrupts the circulation steam can enter. The innovation is shown in Fig. 1 in longitudinal section, in FIG. 2 half in elevation and half in cross section, α the water collector which s is connected ο with the lowest part of the water tank through pipe, h in the rear wall, which at the same time Forms the front wall of the second water tank e , the pipes r are inserted removably. These tubes are open on both sides and are received by the tubes i of the rear water tank e , which are closed at the ends, into which the nozzles t , which are arranged several times next to one another and lead directly to the steam and water collector α , open. A drain pipe ν is attached to the lower part of the water tank e , while the feed pipe ρ connects to the lower part of the water tank ο. In the drawing, two such boiler systems are shown next to each other. The effect is as follows: The feed water supplied through the pipe ρ rises in the front box ο , moves through the pipes r and passes at the end of these open pipes into the closed pipes i , on whose outer surfaces it is absorbed by the fire gases of the known Way walled boiler system is strongly heated. Since these pipes are arranged in an ascending manner, the steam formed flows with great rapidity to the water tank e, in order to enter the water and steam collector α through the pipes t . Here the separation of water and steam and the extraction of steam take place, and the remaining water flows through pipe s again to the lowest part of the front water tank 0, where it is mixed with the freshly supplied feed water, distributed and in the same way as the freshly supplied feed water the pipes r flows. It is thus supplied to the front water box always cold water, which settle out by mixing with the heated sufficiently from pipe s abfliefsenden water around its scale in ο. On water tube boilers, with which double tubes from a two-chamber water tank go out, the upper end of the front, the inner tubes supplying the water Chamber and the connection of the lower space of this chamber with the rear end of the upper boiler through return pipes.
