Description

Vorrichtung zum Beringen von Zigarren Beim Beringen von Zigarren werden bekanntlich die vermittels eines Saugkopfes o. dgl. zugeführten Ringzuschnitte R so angelegt, daß sie sich mit ihrer Mitte auf die ZigarreZ auflegen (s. Abb. r derZeichnung). Danach besorgen gesteuerte Mittel, z. B. Faltfinger F o. dgl., das Herumführen und Anlegen der beiden Enden des Ringzuschnittes an die Zigarre. Zuerst wird das eine Ende des Zuschnittes durch. einen Faltfinger F an die Zigarre angelegt (s. Abb. 2 der Zeichnung). Dann wird das andere Ende des Ringzuschnittes an die Zigarre herangebracht, und zwar mittels eines zweiten Faltfingers Fa. Dieser Faltfinger kann jedoch sein Ringzuschnittende nicht vollständig an die Zigarre heranbringen, weil dabei der erste Faltfinger, welcher das vorher um die Zigarre gelegte Ende des Ringzuschnittes festhält; ihm im Wege steht (s. Abb. 3 der Zeichnung). Es muß deshalb der erste Faltfinger in dem Maße zurückweichen, wie der zweite Faltfinger vorwärts schreitet. Weicht der erste FaltfingerF zurück, dann gibt er das Ende E des Ringzuschnittes R frei, und dieses wird sperrig von der Zigarre Z abstehen (s. Abb. q, der Zeichnung). Bei dieser Lage des Endes E kommt es erfahrungsgemäß leicht vor, daß durch die Arbeit des Faltfingers F" beim Anlegen des anderen Ringzuschnittendes Ed das sperrig vorstehende Ende E des Ringzuschnittes durchgebogen wird (s. Abb. 5 der Zeichnung), wobei es sogar vorkommen kann, daß dieses Ende umgeknickt oder zusammengefaltet wird. In jedem Falle gibt es keine ordnungsgemäße Verbindung der beiden Ringenden an der Stelle, wo sie aufeinander zu liegen kommen und durch Klebstoff zusammengehalten werden. Während das betreffende Ende 31 in dieser Lage gehalten wird, wird durch entsprechendes Verschwenken derKurve 16 der Finger 8 nach links bewegt, wobei sich der andere Lappen 32 des Ringzuschnittes auf das Ende des Lappens 31 auflegt.
