Die bekannten Kragenknöpfe dieser Art sind wie die üblichen Kragenknöpfe ausgebildet und weisenelne Grundplatte, einen Schaft und einen in die Matrize des Druckknopfes passenden Kopf auf. Diese bekannten Kragenknöpfe werden von unten bzw. rückwärts in die Knopflöcher des Hemdbundes bzw. des Kragens so eingeführt, daß die Grundplatte hinter dem untersten Knopfloch liegt und der Kopf aus dem obersten Knopfloch vorsteht. Kragenknöpfe dieser Ausbildung sind ihrer Natur nach nur zur Verwendung an Hemden. und Kragen mit mehreren übereinanderliegenden Knopflöchern geeignet, wo sie gleichzeitig zum Verbinden und Zusammenhalten der übereinanderliegenden Stofflagen des Hemdbundes und des Kragens dienen.
