Das von außen eintretende Hochdruckgas hebt den Schließbolzen 4 entgegen dem Druck der Feder 3 an und strömt dann durch die Bohrung 7 in die Flasche 6 ein. Wird die Zuführung von Druckgas unterbrochen, so drückt die Feder 3 den Schließbolzen 4 sofort gegen _den Ventilkrater, wodurch eine sichere Abdichtung bewirkt wird.
