Steuerspannung erhalten.Arrangement for the automatic regulation of tapping transformers by means of
Grid-controlled vapor or gas discharge paths are the subject of patent 653 786
is an arrangement for the automatic control of tapping transformers, 'where
the switching from one level to another directly through grid-controlled
Steam or gas discharge paths, preferably using pairs in opposite directions
steam or gas discharge paths connected in parallel with a clear current flow direction,
takes place, which is controlled as a function of voltage changes in the load circuit
and used not only for switching but also for fine-tuning the voltage from stage to stage
will. The invention relates to a particularly useful automatic control
of the discharge paths and consists in the fact that only some of the taps are assigned
Pairs of discharge sections automatically depending on the voltage to be regulated
is controlled, while the remaining pairs of discharge paths are essentially constant
Control voltage received.
i, 3 und 2, .4 konstant gehalten. Die Entladungsstrecken 2 und 4 werden durch einen
Gittertransformator 17 gesteuert, dessen Primärwicklung unmittelbar an das
Primärnetz i i angeschlossen ist.
In the drawing, the conception of Er lindtnigsgedanke is illustrated in an embodiment. The voltage supplied to the consumer circuit io by an autotransformer 12 from an alternating current network ii is kept constant by controlling the pairs of oppositely connected discharge paths i, 3 and 2, .4 connected to the taps i [and 15]. The discharge paths 2 and 4 are controlled by a grid transformer 17 , the primary winding of which is directly connected to the primary network ii. The grid circles receive an essentially constant control voltage, namely the phase of the grid voltage is essentially the same as the phase of the associated anode voltage. The grid sections of the discharge paths i and 3 of a corresponding grid transformer 1 8 are -cstetiert by the secondary windings, the primary winding of this transformer is a phase change Wechselspannun- by the phase adjusting means 19 is supplied. This phase control device contains chic inductance 2o with a center tap, a constant inductance 2 i and the winding 22 of a transformer 23 that can be short-circuited by two grid-controlled discharge lines 2.1 and 25, preferably with a pure electron discharge Consumer circuit io controlled. This type of control ensures that the impedance of the transformer 23 can be conveniently regulated between a minimum and a maximum value. The control of the discharge paths 24 and 25 now proceeds in the following way: A capacitor 26 is arranged between the grid and the cathode and is either charged or discharged depending on the position of a contact voltmeter 3o. If the voltage of the consumer network io is too low, the capacitor 26 is charged by a battery 27 via the resistor 3 i; If the voltage of the consumer circuit io is too high, the capacitor 26 is discharged via the resistor V i in a second circuit.
It thus follows that only the one delivering the higher voltage
Tap connected discharge paths i and 3 a variable control AC voltage
received, d. H. the control according to the present invention is simpler than
the control in the arrangements according to the cited patent.
bestimmt. Nimmt man z.
For the mode of operation of the individual discharge paths,
that in the first part of each half-wave the corresponding discharge path of the smaller one
The voltage supplying tap is conductive, while in the second part the corresponding one
Discharge path that carries the tap supplying the higher voltage. Of the
Time within each half-wave at which the current transfer from one discharge path
to the other takes place, is automatically depending on the voltage of the consumer circuit
i o by means of the discharge paths 24 and 25 and the phase adjustment device 19
certainly. If you take z. B. suppose that the voltage of the consumer circuit drops io,
so the contact voltmeter 3o dra-t contact 28 will close and the capacitor 26
load. As a result, the grid circles of the discharge line: cir 24. and
25 supplied control voltage become more negative. As a result, the
Scheiiiw-resistance of the transformer 23 increases and that of the primary winding of the
Grid transformer 18 supplied alternating voltage adjusted in the leading sense
will, d. H. that the discharge paths i and 3 at earlier times of each half-wave
become a leader. 'So it turns out. that the Sparuiung supplied to the network i o down
increases. If the voltage of the circuit now exceeds the normal value, so
the contact voltmeter 3o will close the lower contact 29, whereby the capacitor
26 is discharged. The change in the capacitor sparmulig occurs in the opposite direction
Direction, so that -'the control voltage supplied to the discharge paths i and 3
is changed in the opposite direction; d. H. the phase of the grid voltage
is adjusted in a trailing sense. Since the discharge paths 24 and 25 with negative
Grid voltages are operated, the voltage on capacitor 26 does not change,
when the contact voltmeter 3o assumes a middle position, so that the voltage
des \ Tetzes io can be kept constant at this value.
