Description

Klapphut Klapphüte werden im ,allgemeinen so hergestellt, daß eine Klappmechanik von der Form des Hutes mit einem .Beäug von- Seide io. dgl. derart versehen wird, daß das untere Ende dieses Bezuges um den unteren Reifen der Mechanik von .außen nach innen herumgeführt und an diesem befestigt wird. Die so hergestellte Kappe wird dann über das annähernd rechtwinklig vom Hutrand nach oben abgebogene Käntchen des Randes gestülpt und über dem unteren Reifen der Mechanik durch eine Naht o. dgl. befestigt.
