Electromotive drive for a spinning machine with a stand-fed
Collector shunt motor When using a three-phase collector motor in spinning mode
the task arises of periodically lowering the engine speed and increasing it again.
Fig. I shows the desired course of the engine speed over time. This task
has been so far. solved that the parts of the motor that actuate the speed control
are periodically adjusted by the so-called spin regulator. The solution has the disadvantage
that is continuously regulated on the engine and z. B. in motors with brush displacement
the brushes go back and forth all the time. In addition, the one controlled by the spinning machine must
Spin regulator must be close to the motor so that the control pulse can be transmitted
is possible in a simple manner. Finally, there is an adjustment in the size of the
Speed saddle required, so this requires an intervention in the mechanics
of the spin regulator.
All these disadvantages are avoided according to the invention in that
the speed control not by a mechanical control on the motor, but by means of
an additional control voltage that is periodically controlled by the spinning regulator takes place,
which is adapted to the respective operational requirements in terms of size and phase. the
Control voltage is taken from a transformer, the primary side of the network, the secondary side
is in the secondary circuit of the motor. The spin regulator itself merely fulfills this
the task of switching the additional control voltage on and off.
Fig. Z shows an example of a motor with fixed brushes. S.
is the stator winding fed by the mains, A is the armature and Z is a double rotary control
or shear transformer or some other device that generates the normal additional voltage,
with which the working speed is set. The clarity is drawn
only one phase at a time. R is a transformer to which the switch
U periodically switched on (position i) and switched off (position z) regulator voltage is generated
will. The changeover switch U is located in the primary circuit of the transformer fed by the network
R, so that the currents to be switched are very small. Should the generated speed reduction
must not be constant, but proportional to the respective speed, then that of
R generated control voltage can be changed simultaneously with the additional voltage Z.
The control principle here is that the control voltage R
the sum of
Armature standstill voltage and additional voltage is proportional. Regulation of tension
R can be done in various ways, e.g. B. by taps on the primary side,
as indicated in Fig. 2, or by connecting a controllable autotransformer upstream
according to figure 3. The taps drawn on the primary side of R in Figure 3 are
Umklemmbar thought and make it possible in a simple manner to all of the autotransformer
Sp supplied control voltages to raise or lower proportionally.
If the motor has rotating brushes, the phase of the additional voltage must also be
can be regulated depending on the brush position. This is e.g. B. possible by using the autotransformer
Sp, as in Fig.q. indicated, is designed as a multi-phase transformer. The end
a stays fixed and the end b moves from tap to tap, so
that the size and phase of the control voltage are changed at the same time.
Spannung an R ergibt.
Since the setting of the basic speed with the control element Z is seldom
takes place, it is sufficient in most cases, the control voltage R in its size of
Hand off set. However, there is no problem with Z and R or Z and
Sp to be connected with each other in such a way that each time the correct
Voltage at R. Should the speed of the drop in speed, i.e. the inclination of the
Straight line g in Fig. I, so this is z. B. possible that
the three phases of R are not switched simultaneously, but one after the other, with
the short circuit of the primary winding of R is opened first as an intermediate position.
