Die Versicherung besteht aus einem nach unten halbrunden, nach oben offenen Gehäuse zur Aufnahme einer Taschenuhr. Die in dem Inneren desselben angebrachte Feder c d hat den Zweck, die Uhr zu halten. Durch Verschieben des an der davor liegenden, mondformigen, um einen Stift drehbaren Platte e angebrachten Knopfes / wird der Apparat geöffnet. Fig. ι zeigt den geschlossenen, Fig. 2 den geöffneten Apparat.
