Die Vorrichtung besteht aus einer runden Blechkapsel k, in deren Mitte sich eine Sprungfeder s befindet, die an dem hinteren Ende mit der Rückwand der Kapsel, mit dem vorderen Ende mit einer dünnen Metallplatte von gleichem Durchmesser wie erstere fest verbunden ist. Auf der Mitte dieser Platte ist eine geschlossene Blechhülse α befestigt, die aus einer in der Vorderwand der Kapsel befindlichen runden, gut eingepafsten Oeffnung hervorsteht. Mit der erwähnten Metallplatte ist in der Mitte ein nach unten hängender Haken b, von Draht oder einem schmalen Stahlstreifen gefertigt, der bei c bis an die Vorderwand der Kapsel reicht, fest verbunden.
